      They stole my money. Basically got all my information Bank accounts and ss number and license and address. I purchased xrp and cardamom and when I wanted to withdraw my money they wouldn't let me. They are a ***** scheme. Don't trust them. I lost thousands.

      This company holds one's money hostage, effectively stealing it, UNLESS one meets their demand and hands over their username and password of their bank.

      This is a fraudulent company that blocks users from their accounts and will steal not only your funds, but many hours of your life as you try and overcome their bag of tricks. This is actually the company that comes to mind when I think of terrible companies that wasted my time. I cannot think of anything good to write about them. Lately they have resorted to spam e-mailing without any option to unsubscribe -- there's no end to the abuse of your time and resources.

      Stay away!! Uphold is a scam and should be criminally charged for stealing investors money. Once you open an account, make a few investments, then all of sudden you can't access your account or you have to resubmit identification !! I've sent proof of purchase, proof of identity, ticket after ticket and still nothing. I requested my funds back and never heard from them again!! The feds need to raid this place, shut them down and lock them up!!

      Same issues as many in the reviews. My password didnt work all of a sudden and Ive been in a continuous loop with support for months who will not help resolve the problem. The answers from their supposedly CS sound like automated responses or botsdoubt if its human because legit CS would have found a way to resolve it by now. In my view, this company needs to be held accountable as its dealing with peoples money.

      Got A suspicious e-mail from support asking about my relationship with someone I have never heard of who shared the same last name as me. Apparently it looks like they tried to add themselves as a beneficiary or get into my account w/o my awareness. I Contacted support with proof of this and they did not understand that it was not me contacting them. This is a huge security risk, they don't even confirm it is you when you contact them. So they responded with, "You have already submitted a ticket regarding this issue please do not make another one so this can be resolved." They're not even reading my complaint, they're just auto-generating a response. My password even appeared to be changed so I deleted my account. Do not use this exchange or keep money on it. I used this for over a year but it appears to be severely compromised recently.
