      I was not allowed to transfer or close my uphold ************** closed it without my knowledge. They are stating that due to ACH requirements that they can only send me $41.00 of the $160.00 in my account. Now theyre stating that they attempted to send me the funds and stated that my bank could not find my account. They send no verification that they have done **************** to give me a contact phone number to speak to a supervisor. Their behavior is criminal & needs to be investigated.

      I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I have contacted Uphold at least 6 times. I am locked out of my account as I got a new device. They never respond. So I feel like they just stole my money. Their phone number no one ever answers. Not one reply and its been about 2 weeks. I can't access the 2 step auth. Try resetting your password to your email and it just send another code generator which I cannot access due to my new device and they have been no help at all. I don't have access to my money.

      I had a phone I lost due to an accident now nowhere to grab it and under some stupid app locker they lead me to set up 2FA. Is stupid and annoying that an account you trying to get in is locked behind a code generator.

      An amazing company, **************** has been absolutely amazing, I accidently sent **** to the wrong address and it never showed to my account, ********************** got my **** back and was extremely helpful.....For anyone complaining , you must be patient as the amount of people who s**** up (like i did) by not following directions is insanely high.... They will get to your email and help you as soon as they get to it.... you are not the most important person in the world, I AM. So if I can patiently wait, You also can.

      Please BEWARE! I only opened this account to pay a onetime fee in bitcoin currency to a company that only deals with Uphold. I created an account,deposited my $20, and was locked out for good. Their login process is rinse and repeat. Login/receive code/check email for verification AND STRAIGHT BACK TO LOGIN! Code/email/login/code/email/login!! Rinse and repeat countless times. No help from uphold. These people ARE ******!!!! BEWARE,BEWARE,BEWARE!!! Thank god I always test run an unknown (I would insert company here, but thats not who you are dealing with) using VERY little money.. this is cheap insurance boys and girls. Better to do business with Fidelity or Robinhood! Uphold are a bunch of ******!!!!

      Uphold will be the biggest mistake you will make. Please find another exchange Im almost in tears over how much money was stolen from me on uphold from uphold. There is no upside. If u ever make a profit your account will glitch or lock site goes down during prime moments stop loss doesnt work automatically buying doesnt work and the price u see during purchase will be a huge percentage difference rather buying or selling its set up worse then a ****** casino. U have a better chance on a c*** table. I lost $7000 with uphold and they have no response yet or receipts or reason for the money to be missing trust me it *****.

      Uphold has terrible customer service, never a direct response, just a form letter. They cheated me out of $1K of ETH on September 22, 2023. It's a scam. That's how they stay alive, keeping people's money.

      This company is criminal in their policies and make it hard for me to deposit or even move my holding to a more secure place where I want...they make it very hard for me to manage my own holding by putting all kinds of holds making me wait, putting transactions on hold, not contacting me when they have security measures in place which I follow every single time I'm logged in...do NOT use this criminal service as they are similar to ***...

      Back in march I started reaching out to close my account and get a refund . It is now July and only this I get is them saying we understand how important your request is.. it is processing . And still no refund of my balance
