Technician great, service has too many unnecessary charges, security fee, really?Puls Technologies, Inc.

The security and support fee covers various operating costs such as extensive technician background checks and continuous customer support. We never pressure the customer into a repair they do not wish to be completed at the price quoted. I called **** on a Friday for repair of a dishwasher, and they booked an appointment for the coming Sunday. The tech neither showed up nor informed us that he was not coming.We rescheduled for the coming Tuesday. The tech neither shoed up, nor informed us that he would not show.We rescheduled, but never received a confirmation of who or when, and this morning **** cancelled the service, saying we could try to reschedule for a future date.As service goes, theirs is negative.Puls Technologies, Inc.
