      **** went above and beyond. I appreciate that he made a through assessment; provided an itemized invoice of repairs upfront so I could make an informed decision without any pressure. I was very lucky to have found this company who are thankfully knowledgeable about servicing all of my ** appliances (front loader *************** dishwasher, refrigerator and stove), they do it all!

      The technician was in my house and the issue required no replacement parts (only electric tape and a zip tie) and yet I was charged $201 for a repair that took only 30 minutes to fix. The fee online was misleading and the cost per service/service time was outrageous. Although the technician was helpful, with such an exorbitant rate structure, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

All our technicians are highly skilled and the labor price we charge is based on our technicians' expertise & the quality workmanship we deliver. We always provide customers repair quote after our diagnosis, and we move forward with the repair only upon customers' agreement to the price. We never pressure customers into a repair they do not wish to be completed at the price quoted. We respect our customers to make the decision to repair or replace the unit, our technicians do not make that decision for our customers.

      The technician failed to come on the day he was supposed to. He called to say he was having his car inspected. He agreed to come the next day. Then he didn't know what was wrong. He thought it was something with the door. He said he'd call on Monday and never did. I called his number and he never called back. He didn't follow through or attempt to fix the dryer. Therefore he never serviced the dryer. Another company came and fixed it immediately and it had nothing to do with the door, It was the heating element. The company won't refund me.
