      ****** was very professional. Polite, cleaned up when he was finished. There was no extra charge for the service call, even though he worked for over 4 hrs trying to find the problem.

      Total scam. No showed on Sunday, Then on Monday they sent a guy who was late then went to the gas station for an hour before returning and after he took my payment let me know that he wasn't qualified to do the work, and someone else would need to show up. Scheduled 3-7pm with us next day, took off work and when no one showed the company had no idea about coming out to the house. They called the first guy and he forgot. They said they need to send out another guy and do another initial assessment. I said and they won't refund me for the first guy. I then looked hear and am glad I only got scammed out of $80. Live and learn.

      They are the worse , i do not recommend it at all , if i can give it a 0 star I would.i called them for a link .It was working then. I was charged for a service call did not even fix my washer machine and now its broke doesnt even turned on . Technician opened up completely and didnt work. Second technician came in he couldnt fix it either . After two months they have not even paid me for anything back for my washer.

      They came out to repair my dryer almost 4 weeks ago. They said it was a heating element. We asked to move forward with the repair. A week goes by without a response and they said they hadnt ordered the part because they were waiting for the green light. What green light? We signed the agreement to order the part. What more would they need? When they returned, they said it was also the control panel but they would cover the cost of that plus installation since it was their error. Its been weeks. I dont think they are ever returning to fix my dryer. Do not use this company. I dont know how they are still in business. I could have ordered the part myself and had it here and found someone else to install it twice over by now. I will be contacting my bank since the agreement was to repair the dryer and at this juncture, the job is not finished and has no end date in sight. Do not use this company. Just dont.
