So far so good. Its a defrost issue. We manually defrosted system. Tech could not make repair because the problem was not present when he came. He stated there is 90 day warranty to come back if it happens again.Puls Technologies, Inc.

Never again...I will never use this service again, nor will I recommend this service to anyone. The technician never repaired the freezer the first time and then the company refused to honor their ***** hour pledge to resend the technician to repair the repair he didn't finish the first time. This company is a scam.Puls Technologies, Inc.

***** was on time, actually early which was fantastic!!!! ***** was knowledgeable and fast with the repair to our dryer. He listened to the information I told him of the problem I was having and he knew exactly what the problem was. Thank you again for explaining to me how the new driers have to be hooked up with the new style of breakers being used. Awesome company and will use again!!!!Puls Technologies, Inc.
