1 starIf I could leave zero stars, I would.I placed an order for 10 shirts (Order #*******) 18 days ago, and it still hasn't been processednor have I received any meaningful update.I've reached out to their customer service multiple times (which, by the way, is email-onlytheres no phone number to call). Every response has been generic, impersonal, and frankly, unprofessional. Ive received no apology, no offer to help resolve the issue, and no customer service incentive to help soften the blow.Only after following up myself was I told that delays were due to higher-than-usual volumes from a recent sale and a fulfillment center move. When I placed my order, I was under the impression it would ship within 3 to 5 business days. Then, after reaching out, I was informed it could take an additional 5 to 7 business days. Well, both of those timeframes have now passed, and I still have no product in hand.Whats worseIve already made two ******* payments, with a third scheduled soon. I asked to cancel the order and was told it wasnt possible. I asked to expedite it and received another vague message: "Please know that our team is working as quickly as possible to get your order out."There is still no confirmed shipping date, and Ive never been more disappointed in a companys customer service. This order was placed well in advance of a planned vacation, and it looks like I wont be receiving it in time.I really wanted to support a Christian-based business, but this experience has been incredibly frustratingand, honestly, it's testing the ***** in me.Review fromJennifer D

I ordered 3 shirts, they did not arrive by their delivery date, and the tracking info for shipping had stopped updated over a week prior. I contacted customer service, and they just kept replying with generic copy/pasted responses (I received the same response from them word for word at least 3 times). I had purchased the shirts as a gift, and because they were so late I just wanted a refund. They refused to give me a refund until I threatened to file a complaint with the BBB. They then said they would give me a refund, but never did. The shirts were delivered 3-4 days later, so now I'll never get a refund unless I want to deal with their terrible customer service and try to do a return. I'm just eating the cost at this point, but I will never order from them again. The shirts are nice which is the only reason I gave 2 stars.

Upon checking we do see *** was delayed with delivery as it left our facility on 5/12 - the same day you ordered and they delivered on 5/22, taking 7 full business days in transit. We are unable to issue you a refund as well as have you keep the items already being delivered. We have shared your feedback with our shipping carrier and appreciate your understanding!

A woman I go to church with purchases a lot of sweatshirts from LOVE IN FAITH and after seeing hers I decided to give it a try. I ordered a t-shirt and a sweatshirt, they shipped that same evening. I received them 5 days later. The quality is great and just as described on their website. I will be ordering again.Love In Faith

I've ordered several things from this company and the sizing is way off. I ordered xl and they look like 2 sizes bigger. I've email several times just wanting an exchange in sizes with no response. Not a happy shopper!Love In Faith

I bought a small long sleeve shirt but the sleeves were way too long. I tried to return but the app wouldnt let me. I cant wear the t-shirt as is. I would need monkey arms. I e-mailed them as well, but no response.Love In Faith

Love and faith is stealing from my account every month on the 5th since September2024 for $10.67. If I did not make it a point to review my finances for the new year I may not have ever found it. When I ordered the shirt that I bought from them initially they didn't send me the correct shirt or the kit that I had ordered. I would never recommend them.Love In Faith
