    Ordered on June 15th. The company states that the orders ship within 5-7 days. Waited for 2 weeks and no shipment email. Contacted them and they said they are moving to a different fulfillment center and had many sales, so they are behind. I waited another 5 days and still no shipment so I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. They told me again that they are moving and are extra busy with all of the orders that they had received. I asked again for a refund and to cancel the order. I received another email that they are checking with the warehouse. Another day has passed and I still have no shipment date and I want my money back. I feel like this is sketchy . Very disappointing.

    Ordered shirts June 14 !!! They keep saying preparing shipment !!!

    We clearly advise of a 5-7 business day fulfillment time and an additional 5-7 business days during peak season. The order was placed on 6/14 which was 6 full business days ago. This is still within the estimated timeframe. Since the customer has filed this BBB complaint, we have cancelled and issued a full refund.

    On May 31, 2025 I placed an order for $65.06 with love in faith. I ordered 2 sweatshirts and two t shirts. The money was taken out of my ****** account the next day. As of today 6-19-25 I have not received my order. I check my door daily and no box. I check my email but no confirmation, no anything from them. I have tried several times to contact the company through the only way that they have which is to leave a message and I have yet to get a response back from any of my messages. They do offer a live chat but when I click on it it says they will be back tomorrow. At this point I would really like my money back. Theses shirts were to be gifts for family and I'd like the money back so I can go elsewhere.

    Ordered 6/6/25; Requested Tracking on 6/9/25, Requested Tracking on 6/14/25. LIF advised order is unfulfilled with NO ETA, and that the FREEBIE shirt was billed Full price, and my original order was cancelled. 6/14 - I requested a replacement shirt for the (original) FREEBIE shirt as that is constituted as FRAUD. I did not order and pay for the freebie shirt and their tactics lure customers in with a Free item, only to later remove the free item. 6/14 - They advised they would not ship a 2nd shirt and at that time I requested cancellation of the order, and a refund. Their response on 6/14 is that orders will be processed in 5-7 business days. I again requested a Refund and cancellation of the order. Vendor responded on 6/16 - unable to provide the 2nd shirt due to stock issues. 6/16 - I again requested cancellation and a Refund. Several hours later - they advise the order has shipped and can no longer cancel the order. 6/16 - I again call them out on their fraudulent tactics and requested that they do not ship the order and that it will be refused upon arrival.

    The customer was already refunded for the removed item and advised the order shipped. They are welcome to refuse or return to sender the package, email us back and we can issue a refund once it is received/delivered back to our warehouse. As previously mentioned in response to their other review, we are unable to cancel/refund orders after they have shipped.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The request to cancel was made several times when advised that it would take at least 5-7 business days to ship and no ***. Additionally, I did not originally pay for the shirt that they shipped. That was technically a free shirt. They provided no response as to why they wouldnt honor the buy 1 get 1 free as originally ordered. This makes for deceitful and deceptive business practice. All future customers should be wary that though they may offer a buy 1 get 1 free, they have deceptive practices that lure customers into purchasing and thinking they are getting a good deal, only to be fooled with a bait and switch at the end .  This constitutes fraud. I have shipped the shirt back and feel this vendor should be marked as a fraudulent business.

    The customer has submitted a chargeback claim stating they did not receive the order at all, however they now claim they "sent the item back." We will let the bank and ******* come up with a resolution as the situation is not clearing and details keep changing.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The shirt had not shown up when the complaint was initially submitted. It had since arrived and was returned to sender. There is no inaccurate information provided. This business should have their Good Standing status revoked for their shady and deceptive practices.

    I placed an order on 5/17/25. I've allowed the additional 5 to 7 business days on top of the original time frame I was given. Next week makes a month and I'm being told that they cant provide a shipping date. The money has already been deducted from account.

    The customer is welcome to return the order for a refund, we systematically cannot cancel an order once it is in the hands of the carrier- we do not have the ability to intercept the package when it has left our facility.

    I order more then 2 weeks ago and keep getting email that says they are busy. However order promised. 5 to 7 days. I have received nothing and can talk to a human. I want this order as it was a large amount of money that they chose to not be to busy to process but can't process goods

    *************************** repeatedly advertises clothing they do not have. At least 2 different ads a day showing really adorable shirts. The instant an ad is seen, person after person reports going to the website only to find the shirts are not there! How does this happen day after day? Shirt after shirt? They claim the are "sold out" but nobody can find them on the page in the first place. Seems like bait and switch. I've gone to their site *********************************** more, looking for specific shirts that I had seen advertised. Not a single one of the shirts I have been interested in werein stock in ANY SIZE. This is not right i have bought fromthem for 5 or six years or more, and this seems to be a relatively new issue

    We offer designs exclusive to ******** and Instagram that are not available on our website. Per your complaint, you are seeing an advertisement and not clicking "Shop Now" on the ad, but rather going to search for the item on our site. Please click "Shop Now" where you see the shirt and not exit to go to an external browser. Our ******** orders are fulfilled differently than our regular website which is why you will see designs vary.

    I placed my order on April 20th, 2025 and I have yet to receive my order. When the order was placed the website specifically stated that the orders ship in 3 to 7 days and a shipping confirmation would be emailed (as of May 7th, 2025 no shipping confirmation email has been sent). When trying to contact the company about shipping status the customer can only email and then they receive a form (generic) email about a higher than normal number of orders and when the order ships you will receive a tracking number. The payment for the order was processed within 48 hours of placing the order, and cleared.

    I ordered from ******** advertisement from this company. I ordered 7 different t shirts and received them over several weeks. 5 of the 7 are defective. One even has an red arrow pointing to one of the defects. Poor printing, the letters look like they are spotted with part of the letters paint not being there.

    Cannot get a subscription for this company stopped. $9.95 charged to my credit card every month that I dont want to pay. Every time I try to stop it online I end up being told my new subscription has been accepted. This is a crooked company and not Faith based. I do not want to do business with them anymore.
