    Terrible company! You took a month to process my order and now said order delivered successfully. I'd like to know to whom you sent the order to because it's not me. I want my money back what a scam!!

    The company was offering a free tShirt so I ordered the free shirt and another at $20. Then had to pay shipping so I thought well this will equal out to $14.45 a shirt so not bad. I received the $20. shirt and have been waiting for an email or text on my free shirt and I havent heard anything. I went to my account and saw that they have refunded me for my free shirt which would be a refund of $0.00. I wasnt given an option to receive another shirt or anything. This means I paid $28.90 for one tshirt. Not happy at all!

    I placed an order in May that never came. They said it was delayed and the tracking gave no info. Finally I was told it was delivered but I work from home so I know it wasnt. When I complained that I wanted a refund, they offered to resend and like an idiot I trusted then. Same thing happened as before. Delivery was delayed and tracking was a joke. Then I was told again that it delivered when I was home. I reached out and demanded a refund and was told I would get one but it would take time. I kept emailing them up until Sept when they stopped responding altogether. What a scam this is! And to have a religious theme to their products and do this to people? They should be ashamed and God will judge them for what theyre doing.

    I placed an order in July and never received my shirts. They "offered" to resend the order and gave me a tracking number that never showed anything. As soon as I stated I wanted a refund, they stopped communicating.

    I placed an order almost a month ago and it still hasnt shipped. Ive reached out several times to customer service, and I get the exact same email response every time. No one can tell me when my order will ship. And I spent over $100 that I was charged for but have yet to receive my order. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I will never order from them again, and I will tell everyone I know not to order from them.

    I ordered 2 t-shirts on 10/19/2024. I received a notification of the order and my payment went through instantly. As of 11/7/2024 I have not yet heard when my order will be shipped. I have reached out twice with the notice of my order and the order number included and have not yet heard back. Items are supposed to be shipped within 5 - 7 business days. We are at 19 days now and I have no idea where my order is at this time. Communication from the company would be helpful.

    Feeling really frustrated. I should of looked at these reviews before purchasing. Purchased almost ****** worth of clothing for gifts. I was so excited that this is a ********************** that I can support not only in purchasing but in gift giving. After a week with no movement on my order I reached out and was told that they have had huge response to their sale and that they were behind. Great. It happens. What bothered me is that the way the email is written from them it felt like I was being told that I will get it when I get it. My other problem is, if they are so behind why do I get 3 and 4 emails a day for sales? As a ****** follower I want to show patients but this is to much. Do not have sales if you can not take care of who has already purchased items and please be more concrete about expectations. Not this oh well we got consumed with orders. Reading these reviews this is not a new issue for them. I sent another email today wondering if this place is a scam.

    Thank you for your review. On some occasions we may experience fulfillment delays when we have big sales or clearance events. Fulfillment time can take up to 7-10 business days during busy times. We did review our email communication with you were we provided you options to wait for fulfillment or an immediate cancellation of the order with a refund.     I ordered a women's small and the shirt I received is the farthest thing from a women's small T-shirt you could imagine. It is closest to a men's extra large! I'm unable to contact customer service as their website's "need more help" button sends me in loops to the same pages over and over again. Without actual customer service, I'm unable to exchange my item for a size that fits. My only option is to return the item but they their automated system only offers to refund me $6 out of the $20 I spent on the shirt. I'm not sure how they are justified in that small of a refund, or how they're sizes could be THAT far off. It's hard not to feel like I got ripped off. Big bummer. From a small Christian girl who just wanted to represent ***** and support a company she thought felt the same way. Yikes. Do not buy.

    I came here to simply request a full review of company policies, to find that I was not alone in my frustration. I placed an order 6 days ago with this company. I messaged yesterday and received a quick response from **** saying orders ship within 5-7 business days. I then received notification one of my orders had shipped, but it was an order placed after the order I was questioning. So I messaged the chat, I was then told due to their sale things were behind. I asked what their shipping policy was and how they are handling the delays when related to customer expectations. I was told I could get a refund, I then again said I am curious of your shipping policy I did not ask for a refund I simply want to know when my order is expected to be shipped and how the company handles delays. I had to ask this 3 or 4 times before finally being told there is NO shipping policy and if I look at their website there is NO promise of shipping within a timeframe and basically to expect delays. I then said so customers order and pay but there are no guarantees of ever receiving said purchase to which they responded yes. I was also informed they use a third party shipping agency and that just because something is ordered does not mean they have it on hand. The company then must order what they dont have and then will ship it. This confused me because I assumed things that were out of stock would simply say, out of stock. Im very discouraged by how customer service handles customer concerns and am looking forward to see when my purchases will actually ship.
