    Terrible courier that **** decided to use.. driver put notes gate code needed theres no gate, 2nd attempt bad address and the customer BOT system is broken and email response takes more than 2 days with a response not answering any of my questions.

    I had a package that was supposed to be delivered last week. I reached out twice to get an update as it says that it was undeliverable and no one has reached out. I have never had an issue before with any deliveries and don't understand what is going on.

    Left package in unsecured area even though it clearly says not to(sign above where it was left)Numerous emails to them as this happen on June 15 and still they avoid any response The package was $70 and a gift which makes it even a worst experience.If the company you order from use them more than likely they will leave your packages unsecured also.Mark

    Hello ****, very sorry for this experience. I can track your parcel from your email address and can see there were no delivery instructions left for this parcel.  If any recipient lives in an area that has possible, unsecured locations it is strongly recommended to include delivery notes/instructions. We have several ways to do this, even with parcels in transit.

    My package failed a delivery attempt twice due to local issue. When I asked what local issue meant they said a road closure or weather related. There are no road closures and its 90 and sunny so I dont understand where my package is. When chatting they just give automated responses and theres no one to reach out to. Its very frustrating Ive never had an issue with anyone delivering a package to my apartment. I am home all day long there was ZERO attempt at a delivery.

    We are very sorry for this experience - I see reference to an apartment building, may I ask if instructions were given within the order or via our online portal? We can add delivery instructions to each delivery and also provide direct driver communication. It is very possible the driver was unable to access your building. We attempt delivery up to 3 times and if still unsuccessful, we will redirect your parcel to **** who specializes in the more difficult to access address - and do so our our own expense.

    My order was marked delivery unsuccessful after multiple (3) delivery "attempts". These attempts were never made as I received the notification that the attempts were unsuccessful while sitting outside. I reached out to their customer service with no response. Any response you get is just automated. I guess I will have to perform a charge back if I don't hear anything soon because based off the reviews it sounds like this company loses a lot of packages and does not respond to any inquiries.

    Mr ****** I have sent you an email and will personally assist.  There can be many reasons for this designation - but please know we attempt up to 3 delivery attempts.  If still unsuccessful we partner with ***************** to assist, and do so at our expense.

    Hello! Using your email address I can locate your parcel and see 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts. In each case I can see the driver's notes indicating your apartment building was inaccessible. We rely heavily on our driver's determination of personal safety and the well-being of each parcel. Many apartment buildings may be difficult to access without instructions given. In reviewing this parcel's history and your personal interaction with our Consumer Experience team, I do not see any delivery notes or instructions given. We have several ways to add delivery instructions (for example, how to access an apartment building's interior, where to place the parcel, etc.). But rest assured, your parcel has been redirected to **** who has easy access to your building and we've done so at our cost.

    This company has provided a series of faulty delivery attempts for timestamps at random times, sometimes at times such as 1:30AM. Their only customer support is a robot that opens a ticket that no one replies to. I would say it is the single most frustrating shipping company I have worked with, but Im not fully convinced that they even exist at this point. Its either a complex scam, or the most disorganized and unprofessional company I have ever encountered. It has been 3 days of trying to locate a package now that says its in my hometown. To call it a joke would be an insult to comedy. The fact that they have not been shut down is shocking.

    One of this company's drivers literally took a photo of my friend's delivery then picked it up and stole it. My friend saw it happen, and initially assumed the delivery person had the wrong address. It was only after she received a notification from the company she was receiving the package from did she realize that the delivery person left with her package. ***** on this company's employees and shame on this company for hiring thieves.

    Ordered packages from ***** and the carrier was ACI Logistix. The delivery driver ended up taking a picture of some random persons porch with a package sitting on top of the steps (cant even see the name or where the house is) and marked it delivered. Asked my neighbors and even drove down the street and around town and nobodys porch even looks like that. This is my first time using ACI Logistix in **. They delivered it to the wrong place, probably not even the correct town! I reached out several times and no response. Checked the reviews on ****** they are all negative. This company doesnt care if you get your packages or not or who they have working for the company. Just because it says delivered doesnt mean it was. For all I know they left it on a random persons porch or stole a fake photo off ****** and kept the package for themselves. I wouldnt know considering they dont reach out to people. I still dont have my package and basically wasted money since this company doesnt know how to read a GPS or resolve issues.

    I would like to start off with that *** had my Ipsy subscription for YEARS, without issue. They switched to *** sometime within the past year, and again, no issues so far. Until apparently my package was undeliverable after several delivery attempts - but the tracking only lists a SINGLE attempt. My tracking information does not include my address, just the city and zip code. So its impossible to tell if its going to the correct place. My Ipsy account has the correct address listed, Ive reached out to them AND to *** regarding my address, and had confirmation from the shipper that the address listed is correct. Theres no gate, no access code, and no reason why my package couldnt be delivered. Now its being returned to shipper (Ipsy) and I cant get anyone to respond to me about the delivery. The ** tool on their site is atrocious and unhelpful, and theres no phone number listed. Again, I have NEVER HAD AN ISSUE with ACI at my address, and NOTHING has changed. I would appreciate a redelivery attempt, although according to the chatbot, thats not possible. This is beyond annoying and my tiny bit of extra money I have to spend per month goes towards this, so truly this feels like a waste. Im beyond annoyed!

    Hello ************ first and foremost, we are pleased to see your parcel did arrive successfully on April 12th, 3 days following our receipt of the parcel from Ipsy.  I can also see delivery attempts on the 10th and 11th.  I have outlined below these events.  I can also see internally the picture of your front door with your parcel laid carefully in front.  I do apologize we were not clearer in the reasons why the first 2 attempts were not successful - we rely heavily on our drivers' judgement regarding their and the parcel's safety.  But also please note we also attempt re-delivery up to 3 times (as we did with your parcel) and if after the 3rd attempt we are not successful we do not return the parcel to Ipsy (unless of course damaged or if the address/label is unreadable), we then partner with ***************** for final delivery.

     

    Lastly, our assistant Atlas is to provide this information via our web and mobile apps.  For privacy reasons we do not display your entire address on our website tracking but do use for authentication purposes.

    We hope next month's Ipsy delivery is a success and you may reconsider the 1 star rating.
