    Package has been in the same spot for a week now no update . Can not get in contact with anyone.

    This company is obviously stealing packages. My package has been in transit from ******* to ********* since MARCH 20th. Their DBA is ACI Logistix but their company is ACI ********************** OR theyre listed as ACI ************ manta.com business description says Categorized under ******* Services. Our records show it was established in 2007 and incorporated in **********. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of ***** and employs a staff of approximately 2. ***** REVENUE WITH 2 EMPLOYEES ?! Another business website says: COMPANY DETAILS Location Type: Headquarters Industry: ******* Services, Except by Air Ownership: Private Year Founded: **** Sales Range: $10,000,000 to $24,999,999 Employees: 10 to 20 Ive only ever emailed with a guy named **** @ ACI Logistix who gives me the same copy &paste response whenever I submit a message from the company website: Hi, a search has been initiated on your item as of 12:56 pm on April 9, 2023. I will go ahead and escalate this ticket for you and get back to you if we find any more details on your package. In the meantime, I would suggest contacting your merchant/sender to discuss refund and/or reshipment policies. **** sent me a copy of the Event scanning log &its missing the final scan that the last mile carrier is required to do for each parcel once they arrive at the **** warehouse for the last mile hand off. All it shows is shows a departure from ******* then two days later the pre-shipment info was sent to ****. This company is a confusing web of different business names and shipping companies whose businesses go by names with ACI in them. I dont understand how **** is employing them. But then again, like the hundreds of other customers whos packages disappeared, they might not even know who the company really is.

    This company is WILDLY sketchy and unprofessional. in 2023 they don't have a live chat option or working phone number to call. When you email them or use the contact for, they don't answer. There are mountain's of complaints about them all over the net.Dozens of people have accused them of theft, scamming, and overall unprofessionalism. They turned off their comments on their ******** so customers can't write them. They honestly need to be shut down. I have never experienced anything like this in my life.
