I would like to start off with that *** had my Ipsy subscription for YEARS, without issue. They switched to *** sometime within the past year, and again, no issues so far. Until apparently my package was undeliverable after several delivery attempts - but the tracking only lists a SINGLE attempt. My tracking information does not include my address, just the city and zip code. So its impossible to tell if its going to the correct place. My Ipsy account has the correct address listed, Ive reached out to them AND to *** regarding my address, and had confirmation from the shipper that the address listed is correct. Theres no gate, no access code, and no reason why my package couldnt be delivered. Now its being returned to shipper (Ipsy) and I cant get anyone to respond to me about the delivery. The ** tool on their site is atrocious and unhelpful, and theres no phone number listed. Again, I have NEVER HAD AN ISSUE with ACI at my address, and NOTHING has changed. I would appreciate a redelivery attempt, although according to the chatbot, thats not possible. This is beyond annoying and my tiny bit of extra money I have to spend per month goes towards this, so truly this feels like a waste. Im beyond annoyed!ACI Logistix, LLC

Hello ************ first and foremost, we are pleased to see your parcel did arrive successfully on April 12th, 3 days following our receipt of the parcel from Ipsy. I can also see delivery attempts on the 10th and 11th. I have outlined below these events. I can also see internally the picture of your front door with your parcel laid carefully in front. I do apologize we were not clearer in the reasons why the first 2 attempts were not successful - we rely heavily on our drivers' judgement regarding their and the parcel's safety. But also please note we also attempt re-delivery up to 3 times (as we did with your parcel) and if after the 3rd attempt we are not successful we do not return the parcel to Ipsy (unless of course damaged or if the address/label is unreadable), we then partner with ***************** for final delivery.
Lastly, our assistant Atlas is to provide this information via our web and mobile apps. For privacy reasons we do not display your entire address on our website tracking but do use for authentication purposes.
We hope next month's Ipsy delivery is a success and you may reconsider the 1 star rating.

5 starsIssues happy with parcel delivery -- first step is accepting that. What matters most is someone going above and beyond to assist when things don't go right. I had a parcel that despite being addressed correctly, was unable to be delivered to a business location for one reason or another. I had the pleasure of ****** assistance in tracking down the progress, the next steps and going above and beyond to find this parcel being prepared to be returned to the sender and kindly re-routed via **** to the destination. Like many others, I read this page with absolutely no hope of getting this parcel. I would encourage calm, respect and reasonable expectations and I believe ****, or other staff members, will be able to assist and be eager to assist you. Thank you very much, ****, for your service. Currently dealing with an issue with this shipping company, my package was marked as undeliverable due to access, I ordered off ****** and keep getting the run around about my package. I was told no more delivery attempts will be made and to contact the company. After researching, I found that hundreds (if not thousands) of other customers have faced the same issue. ACl has a long-standing pattern of: X Marking packages undeliverable without real delivery attempts X Losing packages with no explanation * Providing no way for consumers to recover their lost shipments. When I say no one attempted to deliver my package as I was waiting on someone to call or show up at my door, nothing. Good news! Ms ****** parcel was delivered 4/3 after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts. From driver notes I can see Ms **** lives in an apartment building and our driver was unable to access the interior on the first 2 attempts. But thankfully we succeeded on the 3rd attempt and Ms **** received her parcel the very next day.
Additionally, the comment made "waiting on someone to call" - I don't see any delivery notes or instructions with Ms ****** contact information.

Terrible. On their page it said the attempted 3 times there was NO attempt made. No call or text no email. I tried contacting support with zero helpeven gave them my phone number and asked them to update my delivery instructions. STILL NOTHING. Surprised these guys are in business LOL. We continue to invest heavily in improving the consumer experience: adding staff, around the clock coverage, and constantly seeking opportunities to improve supporting technology.Each delivery experience is unique and no tracking number was provided in this complaint so we cannot determine what occurred in this specific instance. If our client does not provide email addresses or phone numbers we cannot proactively communicate with recipients. We can assure you though if provided our drivers do proactively engage with recipients. We also have tools on our website / mobile app for recipients to include specific delivery instructions.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. I had two packages shipped through Ipsy, and while one was delivered without issue, the second package was marked as an "unsuccessful delivery attempt," despite both packages being on the same route in the same truck. It makes no sense that one arrived, but the other supposedly did ******'s been over a week now, and despite submitting multiple service requests, I have received no meaningful response. The company resolves these requests without contacting me directly. Additionally, I checked the tracking information for the package that was delivered, and it shows an "unsuccessful attempt" three days after the delivery, even though the tracking photo clearly shows it was successfully delivered.This company has no phone support, and their online customer service is consistently offline, making it impossible to get in touch with anyone. I am appalled by the lack of accountability and transparency. They have a clear pattern of poor customer service and misleading information about delivery attempts. I have video evidence from my Ring camera showing that no delivery attempt was ever made, despite their claims.This business has been nothing but frustrating and unprofessional, and I am incredibly disappointed with their service. Well let us first apologize for this experience - this is not the experience we want for our clients or the consumers (like you!) of our clients. Let's please also assure you of our significant investments to enhance our *************************** including this week's launch of Atlas, our GenAI, fully interactive assistant. ** addition we added to our 24/7 support team to provide better and faster responses.
Specific to your delivery experience, it should not happen that two parcels on the same route to the same address had only 1 successfully delivery. ** consulting the driver it was determined only 1 parcel was delivered while the other was overlooked (driver assumed only 1 parcel was intended for your address). Rather than return and attempt delivery it was however returned for re-processing.
This is surely an opportunity for us, the local delivery operation, and this driver to learn and improve. Our technology requires delivery and photo confirmation with each parcel.

?? WARNING: ACI Logistix is a scam shipping service! ??I placed an order through *****, and ACI Logistix was assigned as the carrier. Despite no actual delivery attempts, my package was falsely marked as undeliverable multiple times before being officially declared lost in transit.After reaching out to ***, I received nothing but automated, generic responses. When I finally got a reply, they admitted they lost my package but offered zero resolution or accountability. They just told me to contact the sender, washing their hands of the problem.After researching, I found that hundreds (if not thousands) of other customers have faced the same issue. *** has a long-standing pattern of:? Marking packages undeliverable without real delivery attempts ? Losing packages with no explanation ? Providing no way for consumers to recover their lost shipments ?? If you see ACI Logistix as your carrier, BEWAREthere is a high chance your package will be lost with no real resolution. Retailers like Shein, Temu, and others need to stop using them.I am filing complaints with the **** Better Business Bureau, and Attorney General to demand an investigation. ************. I will not be using temu if they continue to use this company. Package said undeliverable when there was absolutely no attempt to deliver . Me and my husband are home all day, and he works from home and literally sits by the door. Based on the reviews, I will never ever see this package. I contacted temu and they told me I had to request a refund. When I contacted them again, they told me there's a redelivery attempt so.I can't get a refund. I will be disputing this fraud company with my bank and I WILL NEVER order from temu using this company. I had a $68 order down the drain. How is this company still in business?! This is nothing more than "ubereats" delivering packages. If everyone is giving this company one star, believe it. Can't wait to be a part of the class action lawsuit.ACI Logistix, LLC

Well good news! **** your parcel was delivered and in exactly 2 days after departing our ATL area hub on the 6th of Mar and we can also see your communication with our CEC team confirming you received it. We have included the tracking detail below for your review. As we can see you live in an apartment building it is possible a 2nd or 3rd delivery attempt is required if our driver does not have access to the apartment building interior. We realize this can be frustrating! But we do attempt redelivery multiple times.

Very unreliable possible scam company. If you are buying from a company that uses this service- odds are that you will not get your package. They do not allow comments on any of their social media accounts, the only place you can find any real feedback is on ******* because they cant block comments on that platform. They are incredibly shady and dishonest. Do not use this company if you are selling or buying products. You will get scammed.ACI Logistix, LLC

In looking up your email address we see a lost parcel from the 24th of Feb. First, let us please apologize for this. While we delivery millions of parcels each week, this is one of the rare occasions when we failed to deliver the right parcel to the right place at the right time.
We have a process to handle these exceptions and work with our clients to ensure we provide necessary information to support the consumer refund or reship (pending merchant policy) policy. We can see from your email address a ticket had been created and this process is underway.
While we hate to see any parcel not on its "happy path", we are committed to delighting all clients, even in an outcome such as yours

ACI Logistix is a company that provides terrible service and accepts no accountability for their poor service!!! My package was left on the sidewalk near the garbage in front of my building. Naturally, by the time I got the email notification the package was gone. I reached out to their customer service, "***" informed me they have proof my package was delivered and I must reach out to the seller for a replacement or refund and they have done their job. From the complaints written here, it's their ******** inconsiderate!! They care nothing of how they inconvenience you!!!Terrible business practices, terrible customer service. First, we are very sorry you did not leave your parcel. We hope every delivery results in a "happy path" and successful delivery. In looking up your name and email we have located the parcel details you reference. We can confirm the parcel was not left on the sidewalk - unfortunately we are unable to post pictures here in this BBB forum but if we could it would show the parcel leaning up against the entry door with the street address (214) on it.
We very much regret local theft affected your parcel but there are no delivery notes listed for this parcel to be left in a different location. Through our website, mobile app, and Atlas (our GenAI interface), delivery notes can be left to help with local security.
Furthermore, we have included the last communication from *** to you on this (below) given your comments don't appear to sync with his.

This company is a joke. Ordered 5 tems from *****, three went ***** two went ACI Logistic. All of my packages har the same address on them but, the packages from *** had a delivery failure. I work from home so I know nobody stopped tried to deliver. I then sent them a message and they say the address was wrong. The address is same as the other three. I wish I could get a message to Temu so they would know about this company. Reading some reviews I am not the only one experiencing problems with them.ACI Logistix, LLC

Hello ***! First of all, we can confirm successful delivery the day after you posted this complaint - 1/29/25 at 3:59pm to be exact. In reviewing the tracking detail we see two previous delivery attempts that were not successful. Perhaps this was not clear to you in the tracking detail? We do provide multiple re-delivery attempts if the driver feels the location is unsafe either to himself/herself or to the parcel.
We can also see your communication with our ************************** and do not see "address was wrong" as any response by ACI. Yes, a delivery failure for the first two attempts but as you experienced, we succeeded on the 3rd try.

I got the delivery. But I stay in ************** in a very safe neighborhood. Every house around me is near or above 400k. I work from home and my office is right in the front of the house and nobody tried to deliver anything here the first two times. I just want them to be honest about the status. Don't record failure if they did not come. Or incorrect address when it can be googled. Very misleading and had me running around the house and asking neighbors.
