    Like every other review. TERRIBLE COMPANY!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I would give negative stars if possible! On top of the extremely long delivery time, minimal updates and just sitting locally for days. I have reason to believe the delivery driver STOLE my package! My neighbor has a front door camera that can see my mailbox from afar and show the delivery driver showing up at 10pm with her personal vehicle and completely blocked the road perpendicular and were at my residence for 15 mins doing god knows what (maybe he was checking his next route but seems very suspicious). The watched the entire 12 hours of video footage and not a single person passed my house all night. The next morning the package is not there but it was supposedly "delivered" with a picture. Since there no way of contacting these people and its all AI bots there is no liability on the delivery to just take the picture then put it back in his van and leave which I STRONGLY BELIVE HE DID

    This company is awful. I ordered an item on December 5 and they were tasked as the last mile delivery partner. It was attempted to be delivered on December 22nd at 10:30pm, long after my mail room has closed. I only found this out by going through the original seller and their tracking info. No notification from ***, no attempt to resend, no local shop to pickup package. There is no direct number to call, either customer support or a main line. Your only option is the chat bot on their Go Daddy website. You get a reply saying some one will contact you within 10 minutes, or 48 hours. It's now mid January and I get an email saying the delivery failed and I have to contact the original seller to get a refund or place a new order. This company has no online presence, no contact numbers, their ****** business account is unclaimed and as far as I can tell, there is no physical address. Everything I found just trying to get in touch with a human being sent up red flags. I'm almost positive this is a front company for something else - illegal shipping, money laundering, who knows...

    If I could give zero stars...Horrible company. My package, bought from a seller on ****, went through ACI Logistix. The tracking hasn't updated Since Dec. 5 and it's now Dec. 10. It says it's at their facility in ******* and going to ***** I still need to repackage this and send it to WA for Christmas and I have no idea when I will get it. It's personalized for my dad and has no use for anyone else. This company needs to be investigated. They shouldn't be able to hold our packages hostage without any transparency. When I try to contact them they are always offline and I have to wait, but I don't have time to wait. I have to order something similar from another seller now and bite the bullet on the money I spent on it. I'll try to get a refund but it's not the seller's fault, it's ACI Logistix's fault. It really ***** that we have no say in what parcel forwarding company we have to use when we order something from a vendor. And this wasn't overseas. It came from **, **.

    I shipped a watch to a customer's office in ***. The office is open during normal business hours but *** decided to "deliver" at midnight. They left the box outside in a doorway right next to a bar where anyone walking by could easily take it, so obviously it was gone by the time the office opened. When I complained they said to call the police because they considered the packaged to be delivered.

    My Etsy seller had the misfortune of shipping my order with ACI. ACI received the package on June 4,2024 in ********* GA. ACI in ********* has had the package in transit to **** since June 15, 2024. Package just needs to be delivered to ******** TN. How can this business remain open when they are incapable of doing their jobs in a timely manner?Have tried their chat service and was informed it was outside of their business hours. It was 11am in ********* so why can't they have business hours during the day? Their email response wants me to allow them up to 48 hours to respond. Why so they can locate my package or fabricate a story?The package is a personalized "****'s Garden " tumbler with my mom's 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren in birth order with birth month. Useless for anyone but my mom and for her it's priceless. I didn't have a choice on how this was shipped but I also didn't realize there were logistics companies out there like this. We have a business relationship with several in our area of ** who are excellent. Please investigate this place. There are several negative reviews online similar to my complaint.

    Yeah, this company is very shady. Never responds to your emails and takes forever (weeks) for your package to get handed off to ***** even though the package is supposedly in *******. Sometimes your package doesn't get handed off to **** and gets "lost." I'm starting to think this company steals packages to resell them for a profit or something. it's the only explanation as to why so many people are getting their packages "lost". It's also mindboggling as to how this scummy company got into business with ****. Every time I order something online and I see that ACI Logistix is delivering my order, I tend to count it as a complete loss.

    Im convinced that they are stealing packages and committing fraud saying its gone but people never get their items my package has been in ** since 1/29/24 I was suppose to get my item on the 31st nothing now here it is today the 1still no package and its still sitting there over $100 worth of stuff just gone birthday ruined

    I would give 0 starts if allowed. It doesn't even deserve one star.This company should be out of business based on my experience and the experience of many others. My package has been in the same status (Arrived Shipping Partner Facility *******, **) for 16 days. I've filed 3 forms via their automated site inquiry form. There are no phone numbers to contact a PERSON. I get the same automated response asking if I have my tracking number, which I submitted to the company 3 times. Someone needs to investigate this company, see if there is fraud, make them accountable for losing packages and providing lousy customer service.
