Never would I recommend this company. Bought a pool from company sent wrong size cover not once but 2 times and I call again and they won't send the right size cover. They said they sent the 2nd cover a a courtesy because the covers only have a 90 day warranty. How can you Warranty something that doesn't get used until the winter and you buy it in the middle of summer? Makes no sense. **************** is horrible. Still wanting for a supervisor to call back. Haha what a joke. So now I have to go put money out of my pocket to get correct size cover. I am a very ****** customer.Intex Recreation Corp.

We apologize for your experience and understand your frustration. Our records indicate that the original purchase date was May 26, 2023. As noted in the owner's manual, the pool cover is under a limited manufacturer warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase.

This is an awful company. Should have known better when they only stand behind the quality of their products for a year. Bought one of their inflatable hot tubs not even 14 months ago. It was used indoors, and was emptied for the summer. So Id venture to guess we used it about 7 months. Side wall blew out. Intex refuses to take responsibility they sold an inferior product and expect me to eat $800. Dont buy their stuff, use someone else, PLEASE!Intex Recreation Corp.

Meaning your product is ****! I am just Trying to prevent people from losing out on $800 on a shoddy product. My complaint is your company cannot even stand by your product for more than 12 months, which means its a s***** product. And no, couldnt buy replacement parts for the product, it was unfixable. And lets not forget your rude, unintelligible customer service group. Get it together ********************** and address the actual problem! Your products are ****, you cant even stand by them for more than a year. You are knowingly s******* people over. KNOWINGLY. Terrible company. I bought their air mattress and it started to deflate after 3 use. They claim their mattress comes with 1 year warranty so I contacted them online. First you cannot respond to their response email, so every single time they ask you questions, you would have to go back to their online form to input all the information all over again.Second, I included the product info and where and when I bought the mattress with a screenshot of the receipt in the first email. Then it took me three more emails back and forth for them to ask what my address is, and what the model # is and ended up telling me that they do not have warranty for intex products sold from a retailer (in my case ******** which again I mentioned in the first email).Because it has been more than 3 months since the purchase, ******* does not give me any money back or replacement. How many people actually buy intex products from their website?? Not a lot, and if you buy from ******* or Target like most people do, their 1 year warranty means nothing.....so they are basically lairs and scammers. I would never ever again buy intex product.Intex Recreation Corp.

Purchased a pool cover from Target made by Intex. Both Intex and Target refuse to take responsibility for the poorly and useless pool cover I purchased less than 9 months ago. After referred to Intex by Target Intex referred me back to Target. Obviously, Intex takes zero effort to stand by their defective products.Intex Recreation Corp.

Crooked business practices. I purchased an Intex pump motor on June 3rd, 2024. I returned it days later, unopened, in the same box in which it was sent. According to their return policy, I would have to pay the cost of shipping. Their return policy also recommends paying for a signature receipt when returning. I did that. *** indicated their receipt of the pump. I waited a month for the refund, and none was issued. Today, I visited their website and engaged in their "chat." The person told me there was no record of an order linked to my email address or phone number. That can't possibly be true as I still have the email record (receipt) of the purchase sent by them to that email address. Regardless, I shared the actual order number with this agent. After a lengthy hold, the agent told me there is record that they received the pump, but that the main office wasn't notified. That was the explanation for not being refunded. So, now that I contacted them, a month after they received the return, they will begin processing the return. This is a crooked business practice. They would have kept the pump and refunded nothing had I not reached out or had the order number available. I won't purchase their products again.Intex Recreation Corp.

Purchased 12'x24'x52" above ground pool. It came with broken and missing parts. The pool itself looked damaged and when water was added it leaked. The company is combative when attempting to resolve the issues. Company is blaming Amazon and requesting service go through them. The documentation inside the product all says to contact Intex because it comes with a 2 year warranty from them. The pool packaging looked fine, the pool was just poorly produced. After initial contact I have not received an answer and each time I call the customer service hangs up before I get to anyone.Intex Recreation Corp.

I bought an Intex 10 x 30 pool. We used the pump fivw *** s and the pump is bad. My grandchildren don't understand bad merchandise. However I need a new pump. And I'm not paying for oneIntex Recreation Corp.

Worst pool pump ever, and they are no help.Bought the intex 3000 sand filter 2 years ago, it was the end of the season so it wasn't even used for 8 months and was put in storage. Que last summer, brought the filter out and set up, ran for 5 minutes then gave me an end of life indicator light on the plug. Contacted Intex and they sent another pump, which ran for roughly 3 months until again end of pool season, pump was brought in for storage out of the cold. Brought back out this summer and again same issue, intex replaced unit again. Ran for 5 weeks and now having the same issue, only this time they are denying my claim saying that the filter was bought second hand and isint under warranty...it's a unit your company sent me 5 weeks ago!! Called and complained and they said it was their fault, it was denied because this time they needed the power cord cut and sent to them and couldn't see in the photo where it was cut. Took 2 additional photos CLEARLY showing the cord was cut and shipped to them for $32 shipping and handling. Sent another claim denial email saying once again it's a second hand unit and not under warranty. Wife called them today to raise h*** while I'm at work and they guy she spoke to said this issue was "well known" to them. Absolutely NEVER again will I buy intex products. I'm spending additional money on chemicals just to keep the pool somewhat clean not to mention manhours to clean it without a filter, plus the $32 s/h that they won't refund, along with having to invest in a new filter for $300-400 dollars I don't have for a pool we can't swim in.Intex Recreation Corp.

Your warranty expires on 9-22-2024.
Your first claim (******) was initiated on 5-5-2023, approved, and shipped under warranty order ********* on 5-10-2023.
Your second claim (******) was initiated on 4-30-2024, approved, and shipped under warranty order ********* on 5-1-2024 after receiving a picture of the cut cord.
Your third claim (******) was initiated on 6-19-2024. We will process your claim once we receive your package. Please allow 1-2 business days from the date of delivery to process your claim.

Beware!!! Horrible Company with terrible ***************** I just got off the phone with a Supervisor from Intex. I purchased a $1,200 Greystone Pure Spa that I was able to use for only one season. The vinyl tub got a hole in it while I had it stored for the winter. The company is based in ********** and it never occurred to them that those of us who live in the Northeast cant use the spa year round. There are no storage instructions in the manual. I can reorder just the tub, which would cost over $250. I had no problem with that but asked if the company could offer a discount or at the very least free shipping. The Supervisor said the policy is to not offer anything once the warranty is expired. In fact, I could barely understand her because English was not her primary language. She just kept saying the same thing over and over, not answering my question. I asked if I could speak to a different supervisor since she clearly was not understanding my questions. She finally said the Intex contracts The ******************* to handle all of its customer service issues!! Stay away from this company! They take your money and then turns its customers over to a *********** in *****!! Do NOT BUY products from this company!Intex Recreation Corp.
