    I bought my Intex Bubble Spa in May 2022. It worked for two glorious weeks of bliss until (1) The unit would no longer maintain heat and could only heat up to 82F (2) The control panel kept shutting off on its own. I messaged the social media team and they recommended reaching out to customer *******.

    I filed a warranty claim via the website and the company did not respond despite a promise to respond within 48 hours. After a week or so, I called. The person I spoke to barely spoke a lick of English. I asked for a full replacement of the base unit, which he assured me I would receive. I asked him what to do with the base and he said I could keep it for parts or throw it out. I have space and weight restrictions because I travel full-time in an RV (160 SF) so I threw the old base out.

    I received the new base, but I was living off-grid now and put it in the basement storage. When I arrived in Mexico, I discovered the base unit had no control panel. I filed another warranty claim with the company. A week went by, no response.

    I called. The first agent was rude and hung up on me. The second agent was polite but told me Intex would not replace the control panel because when I signed the paperwork to accept receipt of the new panel, the document included a clause that I would not throw the old unit out. The same unit the customer ******* rep said I didn't need because it DID NOT WORK.

    Out of curiosity, I asked the agent how much a control panel cost. It was $38. $38 that they refused to send to resolve an issue where their $700 product stopped working within two weeks. The company even acknowledged it was possible the control panel did not work, but because I didn't have the panel to prove that, I should swallow the cost. I requested a refund and that was denied.

    Now that I know how absolutely rude they can be and how shady their business policies are, I will never do business with or recommend them again. Check their business reviews online. All bad.

    The pool support poles rusted after just two summers. I would not recommend intex pools. The customer ******* department does not help or seem to care in my opinion.

    First off the customer ******* is horrible. I understand people need to work but not just any hood off the street. Secondly I purchased the queen air mattress via Walmart online on 4-19-22. Opened the box and used the air mattress for the first time and it deflated on me within 3 hours. I thought it was me not closing the valve all the way. Not the issue this a a piece of **** I am not able to return nor get my money back for. Cs agent told me "sorry it's out of warranty Boss. There is nothing we can do." Unprofessional as **** and not what I expected. This company should not be in business, once I started researching about the company more, I realized Im not the only one who has had these issues and experience with their CS. Will never use their products again.

    Nothing this company makes lasts more than 9 months. After that they refuse to even take your call let alone be remotely helpful. Even the products without electronics get error messages. Just a horrible company.
