    Pool liner came with small holes on bottom that caused it to leak. Followed all the steps for replacement and they just continued to reject the replacement asking for more and different kinds of the same pics, going in circles. When I called to speak with a manager, was told it would be 2 days for a call back. Poll was purchased as an Easter gift for the kids from the Easter bunny. They are confused why the EB would give them a bad pool and why he just wont replace it. They are not standing by their warranty. Im a single mom on a very tight budget and this pool was a huge stretch for me. I will NEVER purchase from Intex again.

    Bought an Intex 18' round above ground pool. Pool pump was missing a Filter Housing Nut (Cost $2.01) Called Intex to report the missing piece and got the WORST customer service experience of my lifetime. Nobody was willing to listen, everybody felt sorry for me but did nothing for me. Got sent an email with link to fill out paperwork and send receipt to get part. That wad denied for whatever reason unbeknownst to me why. Got absolutely nowhere with them after 8+ hours. Gave up and ordered it online. Cost $2.01, shipping cost ***** for 2-day shipping. 100% total frustrated in the fact Intex made a mistake and did nothing to correct the issue.

    I bought 4 Intex pool heater mats from ******* online and 3 out of 4 burst and made me lose half my pool water not once, but twice. I was able to return 3 of them to ******* as it was within their 30 day window but was told to return the original one to intex as they have a 90 day warranty. Well, after several emails and being hung up on by customer service twice trying to get through, they backed out of the warranty saying they dont refund for third party when clearly it is defective product from thier company. They told me in one email to send all my information (which I had to refill out the online form as you cant email them directly) to receive a refund then the next email they recanted that they were going to give me a refund. Do not buy product from this company, they are defective and the customer service is horrific and they dont stand by their warranty promise. Very disappointed.

    Scam customer service that refuses to honor their warranty! The receipt CLEARLY states I bought the pool from them on Amazon. THEY DIDN'T INCLUDE ALL OF THE PARTS TO THE ***** Dishonest customer service that tries to rip customers off. BE AFRAID!

    Terrible customer service! We purchased a pool liner and paid them ******. Unfortunately the package was damaged by ***** while in transit and it was never delivered. We contacted Intex customer service and were told that they would issue a new pool liner but they needed pictures of the damaged package. Since the package was never delivered we could not take a picture of it. We contacted ***** and they said they would not send pictures to the customer they said it is the shipper ************************* responsibility to contact them for proof of damage. We contacted intex customer service and they said they will only ** a liner if we send pictures of the damaged package. And around and around we go. One month past the date we were supposed to receive the liner and I keep getting the same run-a-round. Intex customer service is the 4th level of hell!

    Pure junk...do not buy anything from Intex. We bought 2 mattresses and both are useless, going in the trash.

    I purchased this product two years ago. I set up to get ready for the season, and my machine will not turn on. It keeps tripping. On my own, ******* searches, I was directed to replace the **** connection which I did the plug and my outlet was working. I called the customer service number for somebody who could barely speak English or understand English who told me there is no technical support. That I am supposed to read my manual. Im a nurse Im not an electrician or an engineer. And she just said Im so sorry, but I cant help you reach your manual. So after two years, my money has gone down the drain.

    Brought 2 air matress dura beam deluxe both are defective and due to the sticker they put on box you can not get a refund once opened which you would not know defect unless opened. Now they want me to spend more money to send a piece of matress and wait even longer for them to recieve and then decide to send a replacement. This company is ridiculous and I would not recommend buy no products from them. More stress then ever enjoying the product.

    I'd also give zero stars. Bought an above ground pool used only a few times and it completely ripped! Supposedly they were going to honor the warrantee and send me a new pool liner. I have been waiting for months, since beginning of July. Every time I call they tell me that it is out of stock and are unable to send it. I have spent many hours waiting to speak to someone. Funny all their pools have been on clearance in stores for months in the midwest but yet they have none in stock. They do not honor their warrant and obviously their product is subpar. Would not buy a product from them again.

    Awful, Awful, AWFUL customer *******. Good luck calling, you'll be on hold forever. They recommend during the call to 'go online' for faster ******* - Where you fill out a form. They'll reply to said form 2 days later...telling you to call! They say "put yourself n the callback list" - They don't call back. My pool was ordered in May. It shipped next day. It went Missing in shipping officially June 7 (It's Aug 31 & still MIA). INTEX RECREATION CORP WILL NOT HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE A LOST PAKCAGE. Plain & Simple. I got through to 2 customer ******* reps. Neither were helpful. One simply told me I need to take care of it myself, they're not responsible to help when the package is lost. And put simply UNLESS YOU FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT with the shipping company & INTEX you WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF AN ITEM IS LOST IN SHIPPING. Intex did not help, Would not help & will tell you to fix it yourself. SO I DID - I have invested probably close to 24+ hours of phone time, holding time, emails, etc over the course of the last 3 months.
    FedEX online lost package form, tells you the SHIPPING / SELLING COMPANY HAS TO FILL OUT THE CLAIM FORM AKA INTEX (I relayed this message to INTEX, essentially they said "tough ****".... I then had to contact corporate for FEDEX & fight my way up to file a claim through MYSELF. AND GET THIS? - This was a FedEX LTL package so INTEX website said IT COULD NOT SHIP IT TO MY HOME ADDRESS. INTEX forced me to ship it to a BUSINESS address (my own in this case). Because now my "shipping" & "billing" address did not match, INTEX flagged me & it's their policy for those addresses to match or they mark you as fraud! WTH? THEIR OWN WEBSITE WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS THEY MADE ME USE A BUSINESS ADDRESS - Catch 22 much? Shady, terrible business. I have made 2 large purchases with them, the first was through Amazon & 2nd was through their site - Never again will I shop INTEX.
    Thankfully in the end FEDEX refunded me for $1,111.32 after I FOUGHT HARD
