Complaint Against Riot Games Unfair Permanent Ban I am filing this complaint against Riot Games regarding the permanent suspension of my account. I believe this decision was based on falsified evidence submitted by another player, who manipulated screenshots using AI or editing tools to make it appear as though I engaged in hate speech. Additionally, this same player directed hate speech towards me, including racist remarks and encouragement of self-harm, yet they were not penalized.Riot Games did not provide any real proof beyond these screenshots and did not allow me to properly defend myself. I have requested them to verify the authenticity of the evidence against me by checking actual in-game chat logs, but they have refused. In 2023, my Riot Games Valorant account (Riot ID: loseradri#****) was permanently suspended due to what was stated as the use of unauthorized third-party software. I filed multiple support tickets and submitted a full data request under CCPA rights. After reviewing the logs provided by Riot, there were no player reports, no voice/text chat issues, no fraudulent payments, and no evidence of cheating.Riot cited that the account was accessed from a computer with an active HWID ban, which may have been caused by software like Razer Synapse, VPNs, or RGB tools that were present on my system at the time. However, I have never intentionally used cheats or scripts, and I was unaware that such common software could be flagged by **************Despite multiple appeals and attempts to get clarification, I was only met with automated responses and final dismissals with no explanation of what exactly triggered the detection. I am filing this complaint because I believe my account was wrongfully banned and my case was never fairly reviewed by a human representative.This has caused emotional stress, as Valorant is my favorite game, one Ive supported since 2021 through real money purchases. I recently tried to play the game by ************ called Valorant. I have not played this game in over a year. I used to play the game every day and have spent money on the game. I play their other game league of legends as well. I never had any problems with them. But after trying to log in I saw that my account had been permanently suspended for cheating. I was not playing the game during the time they banned my account. I tried to file a support claim explaining my situation trying to figure out what happened. A similar situation happened to me with ********** and being banned on call of duty because my account was comprised. The support team from riot did not reach out to me and closed my ticket without really looking further into my situation. I asked them for more details regarding the ban and what time it couldve occurred and how and yet I still got no response. Back in August of 2024 I purchased a statue for ******* (cost of product, +tax&duty + shipping)Order #: ****** This item was delayed from expected delivery (January 2025). I received email that it would be shipping in next few days and to confirm shipment address which it did. They did not ship it and when I reached out, they said shipping charges are now more expensive (475% more expensive) going from the 24$ I already paid to wanting more than 114$. They said until I pay more, they will not ship. Your order is currently held due to an issue with shipping which didn't assign a carrier to the order when it was created. Unfortunately, we've been unable to get a shipping rate similar to what was originally covered by the order.I dont see how a business gets to ****** on shipping costs and not pay for shipping hoping its cheaper in future and then charge me since it costs more. Personally, I dont believe shipping is this much more expensive (even if I order product right now to same address, its less than what theyre asking me to pay extra). Although theyre saying increased shipping costs, believe theyre just inflating cost of product after the fact on an already agreed upon price. I want the product for the originally agreed upon price. People online believe their communication to me are all scam emails as how ridiculous this situation sounds. Their current statement: pay the difference or refund the money. Theyve held >1k of mine for over 7 months and there was no issue with the pricing this whole time. This punishment is completely disproportionate and unfair, considering I did not engage in any intentional feeding, griefing, or AFK behavior.I have been a loyal player of League of Legends for years, and I have spent over $5000 USD on my account through in-game purchases, battle passes, skins, and other content. Despite my investment, Riot Games has unfairly suspended my account due to an automated system that wrongfully flagged my gameplay as "inting" without proper investigation.On February 24, I played a ranked match where I had a poor performance (0-10-0 score). However, the game was completely unwinnable from the start due to an unfair lane matchup and an inexperienced teammate:I played Vayne (ADC), and my support was ************, who was a new player (he had played only 3 games in total, all with poor stats, which should be verifiable in Riot's data).Our bot lane opponents were Pantheon (Support) and Tristana (ADC), a high-damage, high-engage duo that completely countered our lane.Due to my champions limitations, my supports inexperience, and the enemys dominance, I was unable to contribute effectively to the game.While my performance was bad, I did not intentionally feed or sabotage the game. The final team score was 3-27, proving that it was a team-wide loss, not just an individual failure.
