    I am filing this complaint against Riot Games due to the unjustified 6-month suspension of my VALORANT account (HjjjY), which has caused financial and in-game content losses. Riot Games has refused to provide specific reasons or evidence for this ban and has completely ignored my appeals by closing my support tickets without response.On February 7, 2025, my VALORANT account was suddenly banned for 6 months due to an accusation of "Boosting."I have never engaged in boosting, cheating, or any activities that violate Riot's Terms of Service.Riot Games refuses to provide any concrete evidence or specific match details to justify this decision.I submitted multiple support tickets (Ticket IDs: *********, *********, *********, *********, *********, *********) asking for clarification.Instead of responding, Riot Support closed all my tickets without addressing my concerns.I even requested to provide my device ID, login records, and account activity logs to prove my innocence, but Riot completely ignored my request.Before the ban, I had purchased the Battle Pass, expecting to play and earn the rewards I paid for.Because of Riots unjustified ban, I will miss out on all my paid rewards, which is both unfair and financially damaging.If Riot bans a player without proper justification, they must either reinstate access or compensate for the paid content that the player cannot claim.I have spent over $800 on in-game purchases, including skins and the Battle ******* is unreasonable for Riot to take my money and then block my access to the content I have paid for. If I were truly violating the rules, why would I invest so much money into this account?I demand that ****************** conduct a proper review of my account and provide specific evidence supporting the ban.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

    This business unfairly removed access to an account that was clearly taken over by a hacker. Despite prevalent information being given no customer service agent would respond to any requests. This was a long standing account with many hours of time and effort being placed. I hope the company will choose to reinstate the account.

    they wronged accused me of cheating and hacking ban my account , and when i tried to contact them they dont talk to me and explain why , i tried to contact a devolopers in the game to find out why i got ban the only thing he said someone out side your region someware in ****** is the last one attempt to access ur account, even tho i played almost 2 years while streaming on twitch i never tried to cheat it was my countent to grind rank

    I have played on my League of Legends account for 6-7 years. I've made countless purchases and have the confirmation receipt emails for all. I can confidently say my account is worth over $5000 from purchases of skins, chromas, tacticians, season passes, limited edition goods, etc. etc. over 6-7 years of playing the game.If you search Riot Games, their policy shows Player First. The company promises to "meet their needs and surpass their expectations." However they've violated this entirely. On 11/8/24, my account was gone. I couldn't log in, and there was no notice. When I reached out to Riot Support, I received a response that my account had been banned for deliberately queueing up with cheaters in Valorant (Riot's other game).#photo 1#I responded I do not play Valorant. they responded with a message along the lines of "my mistake! League of Legends, not Valorant!"#photo 2#Again, I refute saying I have never cheated, and have never queued intentionally with a cheater in any game. I am then told I participated in boosting/intentionally losing games. #photo 3#I respond, yet again, I do not boost, I am not boosted, I'm the only player on my account, no one else has access, and I do not intentionally lose games. I found the situation extremely strange, every time I reached out, a different customer service *** would provide a different reason for my ban. It felt like they didn't even know the reason, they just wanted to ban me. After more urging to please properly search if anything is wrong with my account, they respond they refuse to look into it, they've already addressed my concerns (they haven't), etc.#photo 4567#They even responded saying "We appreciate the time you took to write this letter to us, letting us know how passionate you feel about playing VALORANT"...#photo 89#I've obviously stated I don't play Valorant, and my entire issue is with League of Legends;Don't know how much more obvious they make it that they don't care about me and just want to ban me.

    Here is a support ticket that I know will instantly be denied because after the first support ticket and their "thorough investigation" by the first ***** it was received by, nobody else will listen.Dear Riot Games Player Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out again with the hope of resolving my ban issue, and I would greatly appreciate a second chance to demonstrate my innocence. I believe that a proper investigation would show I had no knowledge of or association with anyone violating the games rules. To clarify the situation, I unknowingly queued with someone I met by chance in three consecutive games this season. Given our similar skill levels, we took turns performing well, and I thought it was natural to add them for a few more games. Unfortunately, this seems to have flagged my account for "boosting." This season, I only queued with four people total. Three of them were collegiate teammates with whom Ive played consistently over past seasons, all of whom are legitimate players. The one person outside of this group was the player mentioned above. We queued together briefly after meeting by chance. However, I had no prior knowledge of their activities or intentions, and our gameplay seemed entirely fair. My match history, which reflects consistent performance with no unusual patterns, further supports my case. This situation has been a difficult and frustrating one for me, as Ive always played fairly and within the rules. I kindly ask for a second investigation into my account, as I firmly believe this ban was a misunderstanding. I trust in Riots commitment to fairness and player integrity, and Im confident that a thorough review will show Ive done nothing wrong.     Dear Riot Games Support Team,I am writing to formally appeal the ban placed on my Valorant account. I greatly respect the integrity of the game and the principles of fair competition that Riot Games upholds. I was deeply surprised and disappointed to learn that my account had been banned and wish to clarify the circumstances surrounding this situation.Recently, I played a match while duo-queued with a friend. Unbeknownst to me at the time, this individual was engaging in cheating behavior. I want to stress that I was completely unaware of their actions during the game. Had I known, I would have immediately ceased playing with them and reported their behavior. I fully understand the importance of maintaining a level playing field and have always been committed to fair ******* further support my case:No History of Violations: I have no prior history of misconduct, bans, or reports of cheating on my account. My gameplay has always been honest and aligned with the rules of Valorant.Behavior During the Match: I had no indications during the game that my friend was cheating.     I had my account permanently banned from Riot Games league of legend game. I was banned due to suspicious accounts sending me skins. Ive tried to appeal and ask the skins be removed and the account be restored, but the support line refuses to discuss the ban further. I was told it was my responsibility to have reported the skins being sent prior to my ban, however that made no sense as I assumed it was my friends sending them as gifts. They continue to refuse my appeal almost a year later. I spent real money on in game currencies and items, so I just want my account to be playable again. Ill attach a screenshot regarding them accusing me of being linked to compromised accounts, solely because I received in game skins from them.

    "Battle Pass" is a product where players purchase, but receive no value until players put in the required play time to redeem the product. The company, Riot Games, significantly increased difficulty of redeeming such rewards, without adequately explaining the increase in difficulty. The transaction is easily reversible, since all products are digital and transactions are logged. I've not "received" value from the "battlepass" because I've only redeemed the first 2 levels, and the results from those 2 rewards are reversible and did not contribute to in game experience. (One of them is still in token form, the other is converted to another in game material that is not yet spent).But the company deny my request for a refund when I discovered the change.

    This company is predatory at best. I have spent a couple thousand dollars over the years and have recently been treated with nothing but disrespect by their staff. I have been prohibited by the developers to use the game at full capacity after they deemed very casual, everyday terms that are workplace appropriate to be disrespectful. After continuous back and forth they stand by their punishment. They have used my own culture against me in a way to justify their strange abuse. They did not previously exemplify terms that were not allowed, which is poor business practice. Their agents Soul ***** and **** were particularly rude when I reached out for assistance. The company does not hold the same standard to all patrons which is discrimination. The associate **** used the same terms I was being punished for against me in one of their replies outside of quotation. They have clearly stated that they police their patrons based on how they feel, and there is not clear guideline they are willing to provide. Predatory discrimination from a California based company...
