  July 23 2023 I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the unjust suspension and subsequent banning of my account and I am a loyal customer who has been actively engaging with your gaming platform for a considerable time.account had been suspended without any prior warning or explanation. Subsequently, my account was permanently banned, resulting in the loss of all the progress, in-game purchases, and skins I had acquired over the months of gameplay.The loss of the skins and in-game purchases is particularly distressing to me. As a paying customer, I have invested my hard-earned money in enhancing my gaming experience on your platform. Losing these items without any justifiable reason is both unfair and unacceptable.I played two years and worked hard to maintain gold and being accused of hacking nowI believe purchasing players should receive a refund if riot is suspending at their discretion. A purchased item belongs to the purchaser which now cannot be accessed ever.

  I have literally been online bullied repetitively by strangers (which is now illegal in ******). Almost every single stranger I come across in this game attacks me mentally. I have contacted support on several different accounts, with them continually telling me, that they basically can't do anything about it. I have lost hundreds of dollars on several accounts, simply because of speaking up to the bullies that are there simply to aggravate/antagonise you so them and their friend can report you for anything you say in return. I have suffered severe emotional damage from some of the things said to me by these people, for riot to accept them saying it. (And not suspending their accounts like they do to mine). Not only does this go against their own 2nd amendment, but also my freedom of speech here in ******. Which on its own should be illegal.

  This company has the WORST contact ******* that take DAYS to reply and they close your tickets before they could even remotely try to solve the solution. They did not want to refund me back my money on skins when they have a 14 day policy to refund AND they locked my account and placed under chargeback account which stops me from playing with skin I paid REAL MONEY with for now I can't play Anything this is straight up theft. This company is worst to work with I've requested for supervisor twice nothing.They also reply at weird times where they know no one will reply right away.

  Riot Games. Where do I begin? They literally overcharge for game "skins". They have no reasonable refund policy, and after you don't want to play the game anymore, they pretend like they didn't take any of your money. I cannot stand riot games. Play at your own risk and beware of the scam that they are running. Do not waste your time or your money on any of their "services" or "merchandise".

  NEGATIVE 10 STARTS FOR THIS COMPANY. As a FORMER user now, they steal all the hard work gained from your account after permabanned and steal all the money you put towards the account as well. The permaban system is garbage, the company is garbage, and so are the CEOs. Thats 2 accounts where I spend a lot of money on that I can't get back and money can't be redunded. Users should ALL collectively come together to file another lawsuit against them, that would teach them a hard lesson to correct all these issues and not to discourage the people that actually made them money. They TREAT THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES UNFAIRLY, and TREAT THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS/USERS UNFAIRLY. I DO NOT SUPPORT RIOT ANYMORE.

  Company is run by a bunch of juvinile delinquents who approve of internet bullying. They do not thoroughly investigate issues and if they see a bunch of trolls ban together to report someone they don't take the time to analyze what is actually going on instead they wrongfully ban accounts just based off of the number of single celled thinking individuals who grouped together to make false reports. I gave them a 1 start when they deserve a 0. Spend hundreds of dollars, would not recommend buying anything with this company as it is flooded with this type of community, a very disgustingly toxic one.
