    I signed up for Trellis free trial period and i canceled during trial period and they they STILL charged me 40 bucks! They also alert judges somehow when you are looking at records or downloading any. My judge the day after i downloaded went on to change things when the case hadnt been updated for a year since. WOW.

    Trellis Law continues to post a civil case I was involved in on their website against my consent. I have requested numerous times for them to remove my private information. This is a crime to post a persons private information to the public. I am seriously considering taking legal action against this poor excuse for a company for publishing my private information. Its a shame that this company exists on displaying the personal business and hardships of others. This is unethical and downright disgusting. These lowlifes should be investigated and shutdown.

    Defamation and ************ Injury.Trellis Law has a website which I just saw after looking up my name after reading an FTC article.I am named as a defendant in a case of harassment when the polar opposite is actually true. I actually won a restraining order before a judge of course, against a mentally deranged and very dangerous neighbor known to police, fire department and the business community. He had to move from the city. The Trellis Law entry seems to be updated or entered as of 2022. The case itself was from about ****. This company, Trellis Law, has numerous firewalls and paywalls, so that we can not contact them on their website. I cant even get a copy of their document, without paying them. However I do recall the neighbor like it was yesterday. Trellis even blocks the copying our of own messages to them (from their form) regarding removal, unless you subscribe and pay them. The url requested cannot be removed. This misinformation has the effect of severely damaging ones attempts to access ordinary services, ordinary housing and jobs. I am not going to pay Trellis NOT to defame me. BUT I will try to stop them. People will read Trellis case ID description and stop there. Harassment. This neighbor was dangerous and absolutely mentally ill and it is documented and he had to leave the city.I had wondered why I had so many baffling and strange issues with housing, services, jobs and employment agencies. Trellis makes their money with lies, misinformation, and weaponizing cyberspace.

    I accepted a 14 day trial period with Trellis.law, canceled during that trial period and my credit card was still charged $39.95. I read online that others have had the same issue. Unfortunately I dont have proof of the cancellation.

    Signed up for a trial account. Canceled several days before account converted. Billing continued for 2 months. Absolutely unauthorized. $198 charged. Theft.

    In regards to your correspondence, we see that the request to close the account was initiated on June 15th, 2023, which was after the payment was already processed. As stated in our Terms of Service, cancellations must be made prior to payment date. As a result the account would have to finish its current cycle, which would have been June 30th.

    Also, it appears that you had accessed the closing procedure but did not complete the form fully so the fee was accessed on June 30th.

    As a courtesy, we still have gone ahead to cancel the account and issue a refund for ****** payment, which will credit back to you within 3-5 days.

    Trellis says they will remove a case from their website if the court orders the case to be sealed. I sent them a copy of the order sealing the case (attached). They have taken no action and the case is still on full display. Their CEO *********************** is a lawyer blatantly disobeying a court order. She is licensed to practice law in **********, *************, and ***********.Continued display of my ex-wife's frivolous lawsuit against me, despite the order sealing the case, constitutes tortious invasion of privacy. I have written to them via their website and also by email as their website directs.

    I am rejecting this response because all they did was redact portions of my name on the case title.  My name still appears on some exhibits.  My current wife's name still appears on some of the exhibits.  Most importantly, the documents can still be accessed by anyone who signs up for their website.

    By court order, this case is to be sealed from view by anyone other than the parties and their legal counsel.  None of the documents are to be accessible by the public or Trellis subscribers.  Partial redaction is insufficient.  The case, and all related documents, must be removed from the Trellis website.  That is what "sealed" means.  The failure to abide by the court order sealing the case is an illegal violation of privacy.

    I was charged today for a subscription I already opted out of. My bank flagged it as fraudulent. I never intended to continue using this service. I used it the first day I used the trial and was done with it. Now, Im seeing a charge. I have emailed you guys since I have a phone number to get this stopped. It literally just happened. No one has replied or refunded my $100. This is unconscionable when the customer has stated they dont want the service. This company stole my money and refuses to take action to restore it. Rather than offer great customer service, you all choose to steal money and not offer to restore funds. Its not like I decided to stop service weeks into a subscription. How is this great customer service?

    I am writing to report the sharing of my personal and private data by Trellis.law. I recently discovered that my personal information was made available online without my consent or knowledge. My most personal and private information was contained in a court docket, and Trellis.law made all my court filings and records public. Anyone can search my name and find my very personal and private information online. I did not authorize the company to share my personal data with anyone. They run an illegal informational removal process. I value my privacy and have taken steps to protect it. It is unacceptable that Trellis.law is allowing my data to be shared in this manner. Trellis.law claims to offer the option to opt out on the surface and a way to remove your information. However, it does not abide by its own policy. The removal request forms do not allow you to submit such requests. I decided to email Trellis.law, and they refuse to obey a court order to seal my legal documents. What they are doing by exposing private information is a threat to my privacy. They are profiting by selling private information that was used to harm and I demand that Trellis.law take immediate action to rectify this situation and prevent it from happening again in the future. I also expect to be informed about any measures that will be taken to prevent further unauthorized sharing of my personal data.I look forward to hearing from you about the steps taken to rectify the situation. I would also like all my information to not be on ****** search as I have notified ****** but it never gets taken off that search engine either.
