    Trellis has made private records public without my consent. Due to this, the records are coming up in ****** searches of my name which can affect my business and my ability to make money.

    They are using my information from a court website to con people out of money for their services. I never approved my name or my deceased family member to be an advertisement for this company. I want my information removed from their website immediately.

    I signed up for a free trial on ****************. I used the trial less than 24 hrs and canceled within that time frame. I have been charged $200 for a free trial. I signed up today 2/12/2025 and canceled my free trial today. I am demanding an immediate refund and to flag the business practices for this company

    To whom it may concern at the BBB, I implore you to investigate this company. My mother opted to do Trellis' "free 14-day trial" however, much to her dismay, her credit card was immediately charged upon activating their "free trial." Furthermore, the company charged another subscription fee even after she opted to cancel her subscription prior to the end of the 14 day period. After she explained to me what had occurred, I attempted to assist her with this matter, however, Trellis makes it impossible to have any communication with them and when one reaches out, no one from Trellis bothers to get back to you. Isn't it ironic that a company which provides published U.S. court records should be squarely and blatantly involved in racketeering?! My advice, avoid using this unscrupulous company at all costs!

    Would you please take notice that a site that goes by **************** is harvesting people's information from a variety of sources to the extent of publicly posting such information on the internet and undermining people's livelihoods and employability in the workforce.I personally found my information harvested from by this organization and plastered on the internet without any substantiating facts, rhyme or reason so to speak.I would like my integrity repaired and my information deleted from this site that goes by ************************** to further my chances of workforce employability and overall integrity in the wider context of matters to be *****.

    Requested a dispute on charges from a merchant called Trellis, which I cancelled the subscription to prior to the free trial period ending but the merchant continued charging me after I contacted their customer service and they said they were looking into the reason why. Because it was outside the dispute window they were unwilling to dispute the charges. The charged amounted to at least $1290.55.

    I subscribed to a 7-day free trial to court records on the evening of 9/16/2024. After the 7-day trial, the price per month for the records access would be $200. I used the service for a few days. Then, on the evening of 9/23/2024, I canceled the subscription via their website and received an email acknowledging the cancellation. However, I was charged $200 on my credit card the next day. I submitted a complaint on their website within a few days and never received a response. I then pursued reversal of charges via my credit card company. They were not successful and the charge remained.

    I had just filed a BBB complaint against Trellis Law regarding $200 they charged me for a free 7-day trial. I informed them that I would be contacting you and filing a complaint. I just received a notice that they refunded me the $200. The complaint can be closed as resolved.

    This company took information from the court portal, manipulated it and then posted it online. The facts of the case are munipulated which is defemation. I have asked them repeated to remove my name and stop reporting falsified case information. There was no fees awarded against me in this case. I am being stalked and haraassed by several ********s, in which I have proof. One ******** even called me harassing me. I have all recordings and proof. At this point I am ready to file a case with all proof of this stalking and harassment. This is a case from 2014 that I filed. The one ******** that called to harass me used ***** Nexis to find dated information and text me the data he found through ***** Nexis while he stating and impersonating he is the *** . And by the way he is a California criminal defense ******** , imagine that. Now here comes this ****** *****, a California ******** also, having an a-ha moment. Well the a-ha moment for all parties involved is:Stalking, impersonating government agent, harrassment ,defamation and posting falsified reviews of case documents. These data companies are utlizing courts, ********* and other sources to harass and stalk individuals. And lets not forget asking for payment to expose individuals personal and private matters. Disgusting practices, however in life whatever a person sow they will reap. Someone is paying these individuals/companies to do this a black mail. What a coincidene that after I recieved the threatening call from the first ******** shortly after this falsified case information is posted on the internet by the second ******** ****** *****.

    I had several things listed on this web site that could negatively affect my reputation, credit rating, ability to get a job and other things. They do not have my permission to publish this personal information about me. They need to remove it. This is an unethical business.
