    They offer a free trial and the second you submit your information you are charged. Then if you file a chargeback because it is false information they try to get it reversed. This is false advertising to advertise as a free trial when it is not

    I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding multiple billing issues with my account. Below are the details:On January 1, 2025, I started a 14-day free trial, but I was charged $199.95 for a subscription on the same day. Invoice #: 2962483F-0002.I attempted to cancel the subscription, but there was no option to do so on the website.I was charged $10 for downloading a document but never received the document.I emailed customer support on January 1, 2025, regarding these issues but have not received a *********** resolve these issues, I request the following actions:A refund of the $199.95 subscription fee.Cancellation of my subscription to prevent future charges.A refund of the $10 document fee.

    I obtained a court order amending the caption of a court case to remove all mentions of my name. I have submitted numerous requests to Trellis to comply with that court order and remove my name from their website. They have sporadically removed and then added my information, in a way that I find antagonistic. I do not believe they are complying with the court order -- I believe they are antagonizing me. I simply want them to remove my name pursuant to the court order.

    This company took information from the ** family court portal, manipulated it and then posted it online. The information they posted online without my consent is very sensitive information for my minor child. It puts our family at risk as our safety is now compromised and it puts my minor childs sensitive situation on full display on the internet which can subject her to significant harm. Moreover, the information has been manipulated and made false so not only is the company posting my familys very sensitive information but it is also attacking my familys reputation. It refuses to take down this very sensitive information even after I have requested them to do so. It seems I am not the only victim of this sort of online harassment and bullying as I read through the other complaints. This website needs to come down and the person or persons responsible for it need to be punished. When I requested the removal of this information, the website made me sign up for a subscription to be able to request the redaction of the information. This website is a complete scam.

    This website has all of my legal documents exposing medical records and my Social security number and date of birth. I WANT IT TAKEN DOWN NOW. The level of unprofessionalism is exceedingly high and quite honestly disgusting. Take my information down. Already contacting attorneys.
