      MY mom Died June 7 2022 her service was 7/8/22 in between I broke my tooth so i made appointment in plenty time to have my tooth remove but they refuse to remove want to save it so they said ******* .I ask will they bill my insurance they yes but I will pay 3K and I will ****** monthly but I receive bill for almost 4k and the work was not completed as of this day they never send insurance any bill so I only have a temp tooth in my mouth they are doing fraud acts and need to be check out I have not made a payment for the loan they make you take out before they do the work on you I want to resolve this because they are dishonest

      Wish I could give negative stars *********** has been scamming my insurance company and now has a bill on my behalf that they have sent to "collections." I don't know what to do or who to report this to...

      This dental office has major problems. First, they won't let parents in the back even for toddlers. Then they use restraints on children to hold them down during procedures when parents aren't around. Also, Lucia the office manager is super rude and unprofessional. Last, they failed to sent my insurance the necessary paperwork for them to review so my insurance can pay for the procedure and tried coming after me to pay the bill of $900. I filled several complaints with my insurance and the Dept. of Managed Health Care and after 7 month they were forced to submit all the paperwork and my insurance paid for the treatment. It seemed like Lucia wanted to force me to pay out of pocket for all the complaints I had made against the office. Very unprofessional team!

      NOT RELIABLE! I took both of my children this month for a regular check-up. They took an x-ray on my son, and the dentist showed me on the screen that he had cavity and needed filling. They showed me the filing options and pricing, however they didn't let me take the papers with the quote to evaluate the options. I also asked for the x-ray, so I could take to another dentist for a second opinion, their answer was that their system wasn't letting them print, and they weren't allowed to send it via email. I called them again and they said they would charge me $25 for the x-ray to be sent via email or to be printed. I went to my son's previous dentist and they took another x-ray that showed my son has NO CAVITY. I wonder what they would do to a kid's teeth with no cavity! This is really concerning, and I am glad I went to another dentist.

      THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN! THEY OWED MY MONEY $750 CASH IN ADVANCE FOR NO SERVICES! SUPPOSEDLY FOR PARTIALS! NEVER GOT DONE FIRST INTENT TO DO MOLDING FAILED!! I WAS DESAPOINTED OF THEIR POOR WORK AND I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK!!!
      !!I KNEW I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE THAT GOT SCAMMED BY WEST COST DENTAL ASSOCIATES IN TORRANCE AND LOMITA.
      I PAID CASH FOR NO SERVICES NO PARTIALS NOTHING!!!
      THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND I WANT IT BACK!! YOU SHOULB BE SHOULD BUSINESS YOU SCAMMED SI MANY PEOPLE!!
      THE FIRST SERVICES I GOT IN THE LOMITA ORTHODONTISTS WAS HORRIBLE I HAD TMJ AND WARNED THE DOCTOR SUPPOSEDLY AN SPECIALIST NOT TO PUT ANY BLOCKSVORVKEEP MY MOUTH TO WIDE BUT THEY DID PLUS PULLED TEETH OUT WITHOUT WARNING ME I WILL PAY THE CONSEQUENCES. AND I DID!!
      THEIR POOR JOB AND KNOWLEDGE COST ME OVER 20,000 DOLLARS CAUSING MY TMJ EVEN MORE DAMAGE AND EXTREME PAIN!! MY JAW WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE DUE TO HAVING THIS BLOCK TOO LONG AND TEETH BEING PULLED CAUSED A DESALIAMENT ON MY BITE CAUSING MY EAR PAIN TO THE POINT THAT GOT MY CRAZY!!!
      MY JAW PAID A BIG PRICE..I HAD TO SEE AN ESPECIALIST THAT COST ME AN ARM AND A LEG..BESIDES THE SUFFERING AND PAIN I WENT THROUGH..
      THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GONOUT OF BUSINESS!!!!! AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!
