      I signed up for EV go but never really use the service, I noticed that I was being charged almost 5 dollars on my credit card bill monthly. For nothing so I canceled the service. In April. In July I received a letter from a collection agency who informed me that I had a $5.40 bill from EVgo that I knew nothing about. EVgo ahead never contacted me about this bill. It was sent to collections and a collection agency has been harassing me about a bill that I never even knew I paid. I am escalating this as a complaint to Better Business Bureau and I will contact the collection agency by mail that I dont owe this bill. EVGO is crooked. Do not use them. And they claim that I owed a bill that I never knew about and sent it to collections. what a bunch of snakes.

      Trash trash trash! I cannot charge my rental EV because there was no credit card reader on that station (Chestnut Hill, MA). I had to download the EVGo app and set up the account, but their app is apparently trash! I was not able to set up payment at all. So after doing all that I was still not able to charge my car. It is a waste of time and such a joke. I am not surprised if their stock tanks! Whoever came up with the system should be fired.

      IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD App reliability is TRASH! Crashes all day like its 2009.. chargers barely work IF YOUR LUCKY. Call the company 3 times to fix the problem to fix it GOOD LUCK. To be honest with you all, if EvGo is the last and only choice i had. ID RATHER HAVE THE *** DIE! HAVE A TOW TRUCK DRIVE ME **** MILES HOME THEN WORK WITH EVGO EVER AGAIN! Oh & dont get me started with the customer ************** charging side of their company. WORST COMPANY I EVER HAD TO WORK WITH, you request the recorded calls they avoid it at all costs. What a joke! They should all be ashamed of them selves working for such a joke company from the janitor in there headquarters office to their CEO. ********************** youre a FAILURE of a ********** entire team. Id be ASHAMED if i was you, such a embarrassment of a business. Sad they are even based in ***. Do us all a favor & SHUT DOWN PLEASE OR SELL TO SOMEONE THAT CAN ACTUALLY HANDLE A BUSINESS. Oh & dont get me started with their ****************** Wont be surprised if they call me.. trying to convince me to get rid of this review. Have a good day everyone! Remember if EvGo is the only option.. tow truck is the better option! Cheers!

      Always not working either out of service or a communications error. Tryed 4 different places in ************** not one worked a waste of your time to go.
