  Had a great experience with this school! The curriculum was organized and the Academic Facilitator ****************** was a HUGE help. The studio time was priceless. This along with the instruction I got from *****, I was able to get ************* up and running. You absolutely get was you put in to this program!

  I am happy that I chose Recording Connection! Definitely an eye-opening experience studying Music Business. My Academic Facilitator ******************* and my Mentor **** from ***************** provided great guidance, not only through discussions about the courses, but discussions about real-world situations as well. The Music Industry is big, so there are a lot of opportunities in different departments. Learning how each work and finding which one that best fits you is the objective. I highly recommend Recording Connection!

  I had a very good experience with Film Connection. My mentor Alexa Carmichael was the absolute best choice for me. She taught me so much, not just about film but about life as well. How to appreciate the journey. I loved my experience.

  I had such a great time with recording connections. My Academic Facilitator, *****, was awesome. This is my first time working with ******* and I had absolutely zero knowledge on how the *** worked or where to even start with producing music. ***** walked me through it all the way and helped me lay down ideas I had and helped me develop them. He always answered whatever questions I had and showed me a bunch of cool producers and music he listened to or what he was working on. I learned a lot through this course and it has encouraged me to continue on with another course that I'm super excited about. I loved how hands on the course was and that it really encouraged me to get into it right away. Being introduced to all the hardware and synths that come along with producing really just got me more excited about this career. It was also awesome getting to work with *********** on a song and going through the process of producing a full song. I also loved that I got two different perspectives on music and how to produce. It's really helped me to find out what works for me and how to get the best workflow out of myself. They are also super flexible with when you schedule class time and if anything comes up they are understanding and make it easy to reschedule. Overall I highly recommend coming to Recording Connections if you're looking to start a music career or are already involved in one!

  Riding my train home after a long day at work, I saw an advertisement for Recording Radio Film Connection with their phone number listed. I thought about it for a few days and then I decided to call to find out more about the program. Gotta say, that call was one of the best decisions I've made. From the first call to the last call, everyone at RRFC was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me succeed. I've learn more through this program then I had in 4 years of college.
  
  Both of my mentors, *********************** and **** ****** were truly amazing to work with. They gave constructive feedback, taught me the ins and outs of the radio business, and even gave real life lessons that truly helped me grow. The best part is, I was able to find my career passion ** radio.
  
  I can tell you personally , it is a lot of hard work. But as long as you put in the hours, make it fun, engaging, and open minded to the learning experience your mentors have to offer, you'll come out the other end of this program with skills, a portfolio of work showcasing your talents, and a deeper understanding of how the radio business works.
  
  Even if you are on the fence like I was, do yourself a favor and give Recording Radio Film Connection a call. They have courses in other fields of media and communications besides radio that might interest you.   In a nutshell, Recording Radio Film Connection are a company that will "connect" you to professionals in the industry of your choice. In my case, I enrolled in the Audio Engineering and Music Production program so they assigned me to a recording studio in my town.
  If you can't tell already, that was a huge factor, at least for me. I live in a area of the country where the music industry is not nearly as big as it is in places like ******** or Hollywood, so this was a way for me to get started into what I am passionate ********* the studio where I got placed, *********************** was my mentor. Not only is he an amazing and experienced engineer, but also a VERY talented drummer and multi instrumentalist. He and his very talented team of engineers/artists welcome students in a way that not many other studios do; I would rate my experience in the ********* 11 out of 10.
  The program gives you an online book with a lot a reading material but the best part comes next. The book contents easy to digest but the fact that you get to learn about the concepts with hands-on experience in the studio with professionals as your mentors is really what helps to learn the most. On top of that, working with real industry equipment means that you will also encounter problems that will teach A LOT of what actually goes on in the industry like a microphone starting to give problems a minute before a recording starts. You will also meet a ton of musicians, engineers, and talented people that will share all their knowledge with you as long as you are willing to put in the work.
  With the program, you get an academic facilitator that will always be there for you in case you get stuck at a concept or with the assignments. My academic facilitator, *********************, was GREAT!. Always checking in on me consistently, whether calling, texting or emailing me, he was helpful throughout.
  I absolutely recommend it specially if you are in a situation like mine where moving out of town was not financially possible.

  I have to say, my online and In person training went extremely well. Im Online training with ********************* was som of the most useful stuff I've ever seen. He taught me shortcuts, techniques, and things not mentioned in the course, all while maintaining his patience! A Hands on ****** is always how I learn best. I was treated with encouragement, respect, and positive reinforcement. The thing that really ruled, is that I never knew that I was capable of creating so much in so little time. Just the fact that I had all this tech that the school provided me with at my fingertips was insane. I mean, it was all included in the program package for super cheap. I think it was something like over $10k in software. This program really showed me that you can do something real cool at a real cool cost. I mean if you think about it, it's about as expensive as a monthly used car payment. As a rock musician, of course I want to work with other rock artists. But my experiences with both of my mentors has shown me that there are virtually ***************** of potential clientele, leading to future revenue. When I took a closer look at RRFC, I realized that it was a one-on-one classroom which made me instantly excited. I got to chat with many musicians and engineers without having to raise my hand or be talked over. IT really opened my eyes up to possibilities that I may not have seen or discovered If I were in a typical classroom setting. The online course itself was also very user friendly. I STIlLL have access to over 20 chapters of material that I can go back to at any time, incase I want to re-read something that I didn't understand. I also was able to record my online ******s with engineers via ZOOM. WE all know computer stuff is confusing, and it was super awesome knowing I didn't have to be sweating the small stuff if I ever felt lost. Overall the best schooling experience of my life.

  The Radio Connection program was a wonderful experience. The info is comprehensive but more than that the mentor portion of the program was really enriching and gave such wonderful insight into how to prepare for the real life world of radio.

  A wise man once said, "You get out what you put in". While vague, I believe this can be applied to almost any situation in life, right. So as long as you're sincere with an ******* to learn in your approach to the program, you'll have success. Be enthusiatic, motivated, and curious. Don't take for granted one thing, though: the connections! It's in the name. Taking advantage of the opportunities and getting to know the people you encounter along the way is an additional secret sauce. These are things I've applied that have helped to establish a great report with my mentors as well. As a student RRFC put me in a great situation to thrive.

  Training with a pro works better for me because it was easier for me to work with.
  working with a mentor and academic facilitator made understanding concepts easier if I didn't understand it. what was unbelievable was how much hands on work there was to do with the one-on-ones you get and they do this is six months which works amazingly because it give you everything you need to know in six months. The program was very affordable and can be paid off easily too! I have a great advantage because I've learned from pros about what they do and how they work. Working in a studio rather than a classroom is 10x better because there are certain things you don't learn in a classroom which is why I love it and recommend it to anyone looking for a better experience. With the program you an inside look and an e-book to help you learn more about what happens within any program, which is a huge plus for anyone. This is definitely a place for an affordable yet immersive learning environment for anyone looking to take the next step.
