    I was contacted by a Consensus sales rep and told I needed to port my number from another of their subsidiaries over to Consensus. That never happened despite multiple emails to their team, yet I began to get charged in October 2022. I have sent nearly a dozen emails to their sales and their support teams with no remedy. I called their support line, which is just some dude who answers "hello" like he's receiving a personal call, and can't be bothered to take it off speaker phone with his TV blaring in the background. He directed me to send yet another email requesting my account be canceled, and still no reply. I have had to flag their charges as fraudulent with my credit card, and that is getting really old. Whatever you do, stay far away from this company as you **** begin to receive monthly charges for a service they never actually provide you, and there seems to be no way to actually cancel.
