      I just reached out to curacao customer service and am appalled as to how they communicate with potential customers. I had received their so called pre approved credit line of ****. BUT IT'S MOSTLY IN SPANISH AND WHY ? PERHAPS BECAUSE I HAVE A SURNAME THAT IS OF SPANISH DECENT SO I'M SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO READ IN SPANISH, A BIT ***JUDICIAL/RACIAL I SAY. So I speak to ****** gave her my first name and instead of remembering it she decides to call me migali, unbelievable ! My name is far from it.. *******. Then she transfers me to a different person, couldn't understand his name. He starts asking me if I have documents from here (US) or another country, then asks if he could run my credit. WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I'M CALLING TO GET THE *** APPROVED OFFER MAILED TO ME IN FREAKING ENGLISH ! AND HESASKING FOR ENTIRELY IN DEPTH INFO FROM ME SO I POINTED THIS OUT TO HIM AND ALL I GET IS IGNORANT ARGUMENTS FROM HIM. SORRY BUT IT'S SO DISHEARTENING AS TO HOW ITS COME TO THIS. AFTER HEARING HIS BS I SAID...ITS OK NEVERMIND AND THANK YOU BYE. I'm shocked about how we are treated now in this day and age in a country where there used to be far more respect for people, customers, potential customers. Customers are the ones that keep businesses in business. But it's no longer about the customer it's about defiance in getting what is wanted from the customer. I just read the reviews about ********************** and apparently I'm not alone on this. Best to All !!

      I bought a ** from Curaao with the extended warranty I have called multiple times because the ** is no longer working I have left messages emailed pictures and send pictures to the numbers that they tell me to send everyone there has giving me the runaround and has never returned my calls most of the people that I called to say that they actually don't even know my case. They are attempting to do fraud on me and false advertisement because I did get the extended warranty and it's not being honored at all customer service there's no customer service.

      Purchased products from them and have them come out to install. They took 5 hours and couldn't get the job done. It was for tv mounting . They left holes on my wall and said it happens . What kind of *********************** are theses people? 5 days and they have not send someone back to fix my wall with the holes or install and mount my tv. Good to take money, bad or customer services. I'm very furious and will report to consumer affairs. This store scams people. I could have done the holes myself on the wall. They left 12 hole marks on my wall.Went back to store the manager said she will take care of , she flake out, she said that so I can leave the store with my frustration and complaints. This store sucks! My wall has holes, my tv is not up, they took my money, no reimbursements or store credit.... I don't recommend this store . Shop at Best Buy!!!

      Terrible **************** at ********************** with no attempt to solve the problem to satisfy customer. On September ******** I placed an order online with Curacao for a Gemini 15" AIO Party System Speaker which was advertised on their Labor Day Sale flyer at the price of $9.99. Curacao cancelled my order for the speaker with no reason and emailed me they cancelled my order, so this is my email response to Curacao:
      "09/06/2022"
      I spoke to ******* in **************** because I received an email from you cancelling my order. I never cancelled or called to cancel my order. ******* stated that the speaker was out of stock and also said that the sale price was wrong in their system. So he told me to email you to let you know that I never cancelled the order and to give me the Labor Day Sale price which is $9.99 for the Gemini Speaker I ordered when you get it back in stock, so please honor the sale price and let me know how soon you will have it back in stock because I really need the speaker asap. I am also enclosing 2 pictures of both emails you sent me with the Labor Day Sale price of Gemini Speaker.
      Thank you, ***** ********". So today I am just now getting an email from Curacao on 09/26/2002 to call their e-commerce phone number, so I called and their customer service representative told me that they were out of stock, so I asked when will they get some more, so she told me they can't order any and they just come from the manufacturer. So I asked her if she could order one for me and honor the $9.99 Labor Day Sale Price, and she said "No" and they can't offer me another speaker at that Sale Price. So now I really feel that Curacao made a mistake on the sale price they advertised and are just trying to cover everything up! I am very frustrated and feel that I got VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE from ********************** and they don't really care about satisfying the customer at all, so the problem is not solved so you have lost a good customer! This is not a good company to shop from!

      This is a frustrated situation I bought a Portable AC. 8/17/2022..They didn't tell me that it' s only 15 days to return an item even if it's defective. it was paid with **** credit card...9/06/2022.. my AC stop working it has a message to empty tank... I did then it happen 30 min after and so forth.. I call to the store 9/07/2022.. they told me that I had no longer allowed to return, then I need to call guaranty services, I did call, but they told me that I should go to the store for them to inspect.. I went on 9/10/2022.. the customer service ***** told me that I had no longer time to return nor exchange. The Store Manager Named ***** ***** told me to call to the factory of AC Brand. So why I do need to contact them?... shouldn't La Curacao be Responsible to take items back to their supplier?... Seems like they would rather loose customer rather than returning items to their suppliers?... *************** or ********** will take it back then return to their supplier; this makes customer satisfaction. ***** ***** "Store Manager really mistreated me. He told me He doesn't care I mention that I will put a complaint to BBB.. He replied do whatever you want I don't care. I called to one the ***** phone, someone named ******* ******* told don't worry I'll take care, but never got a call from him nor from someone else. while waiting at the store, I saw 3 people getting with the same situation than me, one the employees named **** *****, brought an inspected AC out to the Main door, saying that it was inspected .. a min later the couple came in so angry saying that their AC was never inspected, since they taped back the box, it was intact same as they brought it for an inspection.. This is like the slap on the face to the customers, how come they dare to lie ?. till not I not one contacted me at Purchased************************ 10k btu a/c heater pbl. $ ****** with taxes were just waisted. I HOPE SOMEONE TAKES ACTION THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!!!!!

      These guys are the shadiest of the shady. I had broken my phone and needed a new one, I saw that there was a sale on a phone I wanted online here and it said it was available in store. I drove down to the store and was informed that the $200 phone had a $100 "non-activation" fee if I bought it in person. Fair enough. I went online to purchase the phone and was then told I needed to purchase it through a Curacao credit card. Fair enough. I'll grab one. I've got good credit. Keep in mind I have no working phone. The application asks me for a phone number to confirm myself and she skips it. Credit card approved. Now here's the fun part. I go to purchase the phone and it asks to send a confirmation code to a phone I don't have because... I'm buying a phone. Multiple calls to their customer service in store from their credit department and they can not help me. They will not even help me by receiving a text or phone call confirmation code so I can complete my transaction. Fast forward. I finally got one of my friends to give me a hand and got the phone. The bill for this phone was $215.67. Guess how much they've billed me on the transaction? $240.82. Absolute scammers. Avoid at all costs.

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. Gray's complaint. We are sorry for the inconvenience he encountered while trying to make the purchase of his phone. We appreciate his feedback and will use it to improve our training. As for the amount Mr. Gray is disputing, the cost for the phone was $199.00 plus $41.82 in taxes which is out of our control. The total sums to $240.82 which is stated in his receipt.

      This is absolutely false. I have a receipt provided directly from Curacao stating that the tax was $16.67. In fact, doing simple math you can see that $41.82 in taxes would make the tax rate 21%, and I'm unaware of any state with that high of a sales tax. Again, absolute liars. Do not do business with these scam artists.

      We went to buy a speaker and it didnt sound like we wanted to we went the next day to get out money back and they denied us they said they dont give refunds back we had to get another speaker but they wont give us our money back we are really disappointed because they never told us when we were buying the speaker they even sold us an extended warranty but never told us that we couldnt get a refund..
