    This wifi is the bare minimum. Pay for ***. I promise. Your service in 3 months will be 100x better. I promise, I promise, I promise go with go with ***.

    Pay 60 plus dollars a month for wifi that goes out seemingly every other day on ********. Torn between getting unlimited data for phone or sticking with the only wifi available for the barracks that leave me akin to a neanderthal trying to figure out ways to start a fire. **************** leaves much to be desired, and this is yet another reason I can't wait to get out of the Army.

    I have Boingo through ***************** but their service is totally unreliable across the board! I have the app on my phone and even downloaded the "passpoint" but still useless in airports and inflight. Inflight American Airline Boingo is a waist of time. I see that I'm not alone when I see other reviews!

    I purchased Boingo wireless service at the airport for a day, it don't remember the user flow but I do not recall seeing it being a monthly subscription, and looking at my email I can confirm that the "Welcome to Boingo" email mentions nothing of a subscription, nor did I receive any additional email that day or in the following months when they continued to charge my credit card. No invoices, nothing, no communication of any kind to inform me of the subscription and the only way to figure it out is by looking through my banking statements or logging into their website. It's one of the most shady businesses I've ever seen.

    I just canceled this service because my internet has been out for 3 weeks now. The service has always had outage problems and has been mediocre at best. Do not waste your money with these people go with TDS if you are a service member in the barracks.

    I am a servicemember, and have been using Boingo (as it is the only option for Wi-Fi on base) for the past year and a half here and have been extremely disappointed with the service. The high elevation of this base interferes with my phone's data, so often times if I don't have Wi-Fi I am technologically crippled, and have no way to keep in touch with distant relatives or perform daily functions that require Internet connection. That being said, there are Internet outages 2-3 times a month (sometimes for days) which has DRASTIC effects on a base such as this which REQUIRES Internet ************** the morale of servicemembers here who use technology for things such as doing their jobs and keeping in touch with distant relatives. When calling customer service after an outage is reported there is never an accurate estimate as to when things will be repaired again, and when things are back up and running it's only a matter of time before another outage occurs. However, one thing Boingo has never failed on is collecting my payment each first of the month despite its often sub-par service. As a military contractor, Boingo should hold itself to a higher standard and fix these problems because at this point if I had another option for Internet, I (and many of my fellow servicemembers) would take it in a heartbeat. Please turn things around Boingo.
