    I wish I had read this site before purchasing off of their site. They has less than zero customer service, their return policy is obsolete and they will not take ownership for their incorrect product description on the product I placed an order for. This has been a horrific experience. No one will pick up the phone to talk, all communication is done through email and turnaround/response time is at minimum a full day. I am ready to have the charge reversed or take them to small claims court. Shame on me for not researching this company first

We sent you a prepaid return label for damaged shallow bowls as well as the remaining sets of undamaged shallow bowls for a refund. 2. Our website description is clear that the deep bowls you ordered is a Set of 4 Deep Bowls. There is a minimum required order of 2 sets. You ordered a total of 4 sets and decided that you would like to return the 2 sets which is why we sent you a return authorization. 3. We have replied to all your emails and now just waiting for the return to be received and inspected before we refund your order.

    I ordered from them in December 3 jackets. It sat in ** since Dec 15. Emailed them they said it would ship ***** days still nothing I emailed them again and now the Web site is not available anymore. Be careful ordering from them it is a big scam. Now gotta try and get my money back.

    Omg!!!!! I ordered a jacket December 8 and still awaiting delivery. I contacted the company regarding my package. Their response was very professional such as time to ensure that I get a good quality product and of course, awaiting the delivery. The product is in transit in *********** and has been since I ordered. Never again!!!

    Paid for a colts Jacket on the 21st of December was sent a bogus tracking number and was told by the postal service the same number was used several times in a scam... Just want a full refund or the Jacket thats it..Made this a horrible online shopping experience
