    This has to be a scam. I made a purchase for merchandise and never heard back from them except for one canned response when I inquired into the status of my order. *** sent a second inquiry into the status with no response. I would discourage anyone from making a purchase from this company.

    Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Cutipol items are special ordered from our manufacturer in ******** thus, it takes longer than normal deliveries. Our website states that we do our best to ship your items within one week. Some items may be back ordered, or they may have to be special ordered from the factory. In those cases, we will notify you of the expected ship date by email. You requested to cancel the order and that is why we did not fulfill your order.

    Gracious Style is a scam website!!!! I ordered plates from **********, (which, by the way, I dont even think they have the original ones) and they charged me the amount of $528 TWICE!!! After noticing, I kept emailing them asking for a refund, with my receipts of their charge attached to the email. They kept responding in a very informal way, with the same message for each of my emails - As for the charge, that is an authorization for the order. It has not been captured from your card but is a hold and will disappear after a few days. Our system does this once a month to validate the card on file. We will only capture the payment once the order has shipped and you are sent the tracking number. I then canceled my order, in hopes of them dropping at least one charge of $528, as they said they only validate the card on file and process the charge after they ship, but of course, not a dollar came back from them. I lost $1,056 total. I am glad I found this review page, they need to get shut down ASAP!!!

    Hello, Thank you for your feedback. However, I would like to clarify the inaccuracies in what you described. 1. We only sell brand-new and authentic products. 2. We do our best to ship your items within one week. Some items may be back ordered, or they may have to be special ordered from the factory. We sent you an email that your order's estimated shipping date is August 7, 2023 because we special ordered them from our manufacturer and they will be shipping from ******. 3. We did not capture any payment from your card. That is an authorization for the order and when you cancelled the order, the hold on your credit card was released.

    I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered a set of plates that no one on earth seemed to have in stock anymore. Their website showed the correct picture of the plates i wanted. I placed my order and went to check on the status two days later and went through the website listing for the plates i ordered very thoroughly. I started to think they had the wrong picture listed for the plates so i emailed graciousstyle to very the order i placed was for the plates i wanted. This was 5 days before the orders anticipated ship date per the website. They responded that they were not sure about the style and would contact the manufacturer. I instructed them to cancel the order if they were incorrect. Two days later they responded that yes, the picture online was wrong and they would cancel the order because the plates i wanted had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Then the plates arrived the same day even though the website still said they had not shipped. All of a sudden Gracious Style changed their tune and said i ordered incorrectly and would need to send them back at my expense and they would also charge me a restock fee of 15%. I have the complete email string showing them take responsibility then completely backtrack and now want to charge me almost $100 for their error. Worst company I have ever had the mispleasure to deal with.

Your order was shipped on 04/18/2023 and we do not have the option to cancel the order at that point.2. The order confirmation that was sent to you said that the image is from Folkifunki Dinnerware (Special Order)3. We sent you a prepaid return label and told you that we will waive the restocking fee and refund your order in full.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE - ABSOLUTE SCAM! I ordered a set of $400 glasses as a thank you present, I paid what I thought was $55 extra for expedited shipping. I received them smashed in bits, emailed the company EIGHT times with photos included with no reply. Only after saying I would file a fraudulent claim with my credit card and leave a negative review was I replied to immediately, saying that they had no record of me trying to contact them, and only after I sent another 10 photos would they resolve the situation. Please note I included photos of the packaging and broken glass in all my previous emails. I also got another charge on my card 7 days after the damaged package was delivered for $63.47 - FRAUD!!! PLEASE buy from somewhere else, this company sells nothing unique, only other companies items that you can purchase directly through their site - I wish I had done this and would never shop with them again.

    I experienced terrible with Gracious Style (GS) which I will describe using direct, indisputable quotes from their emails to me. On 11/7 I ordered cake dome as a gift. On 11/9 I received email from GS the cake dome was shipped by *** to the address I provided. On 11/17 I received email from GS stating "We're pleased to let you know that a shipment from your order ****** from Gracious Style was delivered today." I checked with recipient on 11/20 who told me he did not receive. I checked *** tracking which stated the package was delivered hundreds of miles away intended recipient. I called and emailed GS to let them know package was missing. They investigated and admitted gift was delivered to their warehouse and not to recipient. They would not have know this if I had not alerted them. I asked them to ship a replacement immediately since I had paid in full. I suggested they discount or comp me considering the extreme inconvenience resulting from their error. I never asked to cancel the order. From their email dated 11/21: "We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our manufacturer accidentally shipped the item to our ******** address. We will be shipping the order to******" and provided tracking number I asked for a link to review my experience (that they never forwarded the gift from their warehouse and told me order was complete.) From their 11/20 email: "A review link will be sent to your email once the order is completed. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused." Minutes later my order was canceled: "We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are unable to ship this order now since it has already been refunded. You may choose to re-order from our website. Sorry for the inconvenience." In their own words GS admits they never delivered my purchase, never followed up on tracking, misreported as delivered, and then refused to honor purchase contract once I asked to review. This is abysmal ******** ******* and I not be ordering from Gracious Style ever again.

    Worse experience ever! ******** ******* was horrible, misalignment in communication, received the piece I originally ordered damaged and it took me over 3 months to get a replacement that also came damaged. They have limited staff and each time each person tells you a different story, they dont sign-off their names in emails so you never know who you're communicating with. In the end I was never able to get my exchange even though the actual manufacturer was willing to go through with the claim after sometime had already passed **** however, were not flexible nor professional nor did they follow up properly. I found myself constantly calling them for assistance and asking about the status. My purchase order was over 2k from a reputable designer and it was the worst purchase I ever made since I purchased from them. I would've much rather have spend the same money elsewhere even spend an extra dollar than buy from them again. Horrible business!!!!

    This site it a big SCAM.. I ordered in july **************************************************************************************************** stock , i got the dispenser only in October and this item supposedly to be made from brass by some famous artist that why is taking so long, when item finally came was made in ***** not artist, it was cheap ***** metal all gold came off and there was no way to talk to them, after a year since I purchased the item in July i got a message that the warranty expired and i explained the item was purchased in July but i got it only in October so nobody answered anymore... cheap cheap made!! and extremely overpriced!!! Scam!!!
