      Total rip off dont honor the warranty they claim when you sign up its a bait and switch service is not att but T-Mobile and they told me on the phone they don't care they ripping off the government i have it recorded nothing but trouble and lies never used a single min from their service and received nothing but lies i was told i was getting a replacement and thought it was to be here today only thing i received was another T-Mobile sim card

      They suck! Never answer the phone when you call them, emails not answered either. Twice now they have shut off my service without warning or justification. They don't deserve even a 1 star!

      How could this business even gets 2 stars, let alone A+ rating?! The customer service is terrible. It takes at least 45 minutes waiting for an agent. The chat service is almost completely useless. All customer service agents are overseas, mostly in India. The cell service with Trueconnect can be very unreliable with many drop calls and poor voice quality. Cell coverage is also poor.

      I'm on my 2nd month of using my new service with TruConnect. I signed up for 12GB of data, the amt. listed in a post on Facebook. They mention a variety of data amts. and I am POSITIVE the deal with 12GB. I was shut off today with 2.38GB of what they are now saying is a 4.5GB free data plan. This is bait and switch and it's illegal. I somehow cannot find anything now, other than an email thread of me asking over and over if I go over the 12GB will they charge me more and their response was no, it would just shut off until the next cycle. I would sue, but I have no proof now and I tried to find the post on Facebook with the mention of 12GB, which is the reason I opted for their company, and now I can't find that post. I'm not entirely sure this is bait and switch if I wasn't paying anything, but if they are just trying to tell me one amt. then deny it in order to get me to choose to purchase more data, that should be considered bait and switch and illegal and possible for me to sue them. I'm agitated. I applied online and said I wanted to use my own phone and bring my old # with me, but I waited the 7-10 days for a sim card they said I could not use if I wanted to use my old # and that I'd have to wait another 7-10 days for a new sim card. At this point, they alerted QLink I was switching carriers and they shut off me. It took me 3 weeks plus to get that sim card including getting Charter Spectrum team to send me incorrect unlock/unfreeze codes and then another set. NOW, I have no data and they're telling me I've use 4.5GB of data in not even a full 10 days. I'm goingn back to QLink. They suck, their phones suck (which I purchased a garbage phone for $60 with their junky janky software on it, riddled with issues because they lied and said my own phone wouldn't work with their sim card) just to go thru all this and have to go back to them yet again. At least I know my phone actually IS compatible since I checked it myself on their site this time. UGHHHHHH!!!!!!! BOO!

      I have been with truconnect for awhile now and everything was working great until august 10th 2022 when it suddenly shut off. I've tried calling customer service and was put on hold for 10hours waiting then I moved on to customer service and was told it's not their problem I am super frustrated as I am trying to get this job but can't due to truconnect messing with the service I've sent countless emails waited countless times for someone to help via chat and nothing. This needs to be fixed. I have only a couple days to reply to this employer to get my job but can't because truconnect is playing too much. It also came to me with a cracked screen and was told that isn't their problem Please fix this

      We researched your account and found that it was deactivated because you switched to another provider. We do see that you re-enrolled with TruConnect on 8/10.       The service is ok the phones and tablets malfunction and have no warranty. My phone is hot to touch u can't talk on it . I used my benefit to get a tablet for $10 and tablet doesn't work .. u get no resolution and u wasted your benefit for a free tablet on one that doesn't work.. they just take the government money and the consumer is stuck with malfunctioning phones and tablets

      I signed up for the BYOP, bring your own phone, plan. I was approved and received a sim card in the mail a few weeks later. I had an old phone that I used to place the Sim card into. I contacted customer service to start my service and get my new phone number. Even though the message said I could wait a long time for someone to answer as their call volumes had increased, someone picked up my call in about a minute. They gave me the information I needed and turned on my service. I haven't had any problems at all. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because I thought I was getting a new phone but only realized after the fact that I was enrolled in the BYOP program instead. That was not clear when I signed up. Other than that, I have not had any problems.....as of yet anyway.

      Since covid millions have lost jobs..some with chronic medical issues like myself and rely on a Truconnect phone. well when the phone no longer works and calling to get assistance...ive called...15 times no one picks up ive emailed 11times no response...i plan on email their corporate office...you mean to tell me you cant higher proper customer service persons to answer the phone. but your have millions of ads all over the internet regarding your reliable free phones for those in need. not a good look...
