    I received an email from this company about a purchase that I did not make. Someone used my credit card info and my email. The purchase was not verified correctly because if it was the address of the billing information was never verified. I emailed this company with no response. The phone number attached to that purchase also was not verified because it is a non-working phone number. Also, my name was no where on that purchase! Due to the fraudulent purchase allowed by this company, I had to cancel my credit card! This purchase was then mailed to an address ************************************************* and I live in **********! Every time I call this company it states they are busy and the call is disconnected.

    I received an email that someone had accessed my login with a link to change my password if this was not me. I don't recall ever having an account but to be safe I manually navigated to the page and clicked 'Forgot my password'. I received an email to change my password, and upon changing my password now I only have an option to subscribe to service with my credit card. If this is not a malicious scam, it looks like a fraudulent marketing activity using an email list Thrive Market purchased from a 3rd party. Please close my account and remove me from your list.

    The account does not have a method for closing your account, or removing payment information. My account was hacked and charges were made to my card. The company only seems to be reached by chat as no one ever answers the calls. Finally they sent an email that I could request my account and all information within it be deleted/removed. I am currently waiting for this to happen. This site is insecure and leaves people with little option to remove private and financial information

    I received an email from Thrive Market at 3:40pm on 2/12/25 stating: "Hi there,There's been a new login detected for your Thrive Market account on ******************* GMT.If this was you, you can ignore this ************** info used:Email: ************************** Location: 21, VN Browser: Yandex Browser 24.1.0, Other, Windows 10 IP address: *************** If you do not believe this was you, please follow these steps:Immediately reset your password on your Account page under "Edit Personal Details"Helpful hints to set a strong password:Never use personal information.Use a longer password of at least 6 characters in length.Use a unique password.Try to include numbers, symbols, and both uppercase and lowercase letters.Check your account for any unknown charges or account changes (new addresses, Autoship scheduled, etc).If you see any unknown charges on your account, reach out to Member Services.Thanks,The Thrive Market Team"However, I have NEVER had a Thrive account, and upon trying to look into the situation, I was prompted to sign up for membership. I was able to bypass the membership signup to view the account details, and I had no saved information except for my email address. It appears that this was an attempt to open an account without my knowledge, and with no verification of the email. I attempted to delete the account, but it is requesting payment/address/order information that I do not have, as I have never used this company.

    I joined thrive and cannot get them to cancel my membership. I have sent multiple emails and tried to call multiple times and nobody will respond to me or answer the phone. I did not order anything this month and they charged my card even though I looked and it said my shopping cart was empty.

    Thrive is a scam! I didn't place any orders but things that I clicked on and placed in my basket they sent to me without me "checking out" or selecting a delivery date. $141 charge on my card and refused to refund it. I called 2 weeks prior to that to cancel and they kept offering me deals and discounts but refused to cancel the membership. You click on them and you get stuck in their scam of charging your card and using "car salesmen" tactics to pressure or force you to buy from them.

    It looks like an autoship order was shipped and the member reached out to cancel, we refunded the order back onto a gift card, which then was deactivated and refunded back to the credit card on file on 2/10/2025 and 2/12/205, refunding the entire amount. No further action is necessary.

    I was notified of a data breach via email, even though I have NEVER signed up for this service (THRIVE MARKET) or heard of it. I emailed and chatted to no avail. I'm asking that they delete my email and any other personal information they got from me. every month, I keep getting emails that someone is logging into my account but I have never set up an account and I have never used this service. there is no where on the website for me to delete my email from their database.

    My account has been compromised I keep getting notification of someone logging in and it's not me. I can't change my password on the website because it directs me to reactivate my account rather than actually being able to access the account info page. When you click on chat it also redirects you to the main page there is ALOT of UI issues on this website that prevent the customer from being able to access chat. There is a ton of data compromise information out around thrive. Please remove my email from the system and confirm that there were no charges from my account. I attempted to contact chat support and they could not locate my account because it was not active however I am receiving daily notification on account activity login with different IP addresses.

    $60 membership renewal November 2024 request for cancellation and reimbursement January 2025 They did NOTHING to resolve the issue which was their Autoship program which gives approx. 5% discount on items hasn't worked in several months and I have reported it several times. The last time I was guaranteed that the lower prices would be honored...they were not.Because they cancelled my account, I no longer have access to their site/my account.I also had funds sitting in my account as credits for damaged goods. Those funds they are keeping.Despicable business practices. No regard for their customers or consumer relationships.

    It looks like a refund of $20.00 was issued on 11/25/2024, when the member reached out. They only paid $59.95 for the year and utilized the membership by placing orders after the membership fee was charged. There is a credit of $5  that was added to their account for a damaged order and it is still available when the account is reactivated. However, if the account is reactivated, they will be charged the membership fee of $59.95, which is non refundable. No further action is necessary.

    Failure to delete account after I requested years ago after I was hacked. Yesterday, I found out I was hacked again because they didnt actually delete my account! They put up a firewall to prevent me from accessing their online chat to restart the account cancelation process. They stored my credit card information as well and wont let me remove it.
