    Purchased an item that was shown as a breakfast sandwich on the Thrive website. What I received was an entirely different packaging and the item was solely for sausage patties, not the sandwich as it was represented. I contacted customer service via their chat feature and spent just under an hour without resolution. Thrive Market seemingly stays in business with their price match guarantees by delaying customer communication until buyers determine its not worth their time. They are clearly predatory in this practice. I would like a refund for the item and potentially refund of my membership.

    I received an email that said someone had logged into my account and to change the password. I went to the website and put in my login info, but I can't get to my actual account to delete it because you can't get past the screen to sign up for a subscription. You are forced to sign up in order to get into your account. The chat function does not work, it just opens to the home screen.I sent an email, and the reply was to contact them to "delete my data" through my CCPA rights, which means I have to provide them my personal info and then wait 45 days to hopefully have my account scrubbed from the system. I called, and they gave me the same procedure- that I have no control over my own information within their site. I have to send a request and hope for the best. This is predatory, I'm so glad I never actually signed up to use the service.

    I keep receiving emails for new logins for an account with my email address to thrive market. I do not use this website and would like my email address and my information deleted from it.

    My credit was charged for an autorenew membership without prior notice that is was coming as is done by reputable companies. I tried to request a refund from the poorly programmed chat bot, to cancel my membership and issue a refund. I haven't used Thrive market for many months. I have never heard back, and feel thier operation must be some kind of scam. It's really unbelievable.

    The charge is a membership fee, which is automatically collected at signup We state this in our terms of service, and we remind our customers at checkout. When signing up and to view our catalog, new members have the option to try our service for a 1 year membership at $59.95 which has a 30-Day Risk Free Period and free gift OR try our service for a monthly membership at $12. This information is provided when signing up.The signup process does provide different sections (Account, Plan, Payment, Confirm) members are required to click through and accept before you "start your membership" where members can decide if they want to yearly or monthly membership and are presented with the perks of both. In this case of this account, The member selected the Monthly membership option which does not come with a 30-day risk-free trial. Screenshots of the signup process are attached. Per our terms of service provided on-site, " CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MEMBERSHIPS: You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting us at ************** or email us at ****************************** Upon cancellation you will not be charged for any renewal periods and your Membership will not continue past the then current period. However, all Membership Fees paid prior to termination of your Membership are non-refundable and you shall be responsible for any charges to your chosen payment method for the Membership prior to your cancellation. The membership was cancelled and refunded on 3/8/2025. No further action is necessary.

    I got an email from Thrive Market saying someone logged into my account, and if it wasn't me I'd need to reset my password. I did, but then realized I never even have heard about this company before. I'm from the ** so there's no way I could even shop there. Which makes me suspect they actually have created an account on my behalf, and tricked me into re-creating a new password so I end up in their database 'officially'. I am now trying to delete my account including all of my data but there is no option, and when I contact support the only way is talking to a bot that won't answer the question or connects me with a human being.

    I signed up for thrive market to price out the differences between competitors. I quickly saw the savings is falsely advertised, and I can obtain many of the same products for less cost locally. I cancelled my monthly membership hours after signing up, only to learn that the risk-free trial is only for annual memberships. I guess I didnt see the fine print. Whats more, the website would not allow me to enter without completing a questionnaire which resulted in an auto ship order to be scheduled without consent. It was extremely difficult to cancel. I reached out to Thrive for a full refund for the monthly membership. I worry about hidden fees and automatic enrollments and dont feel comfortable moving forward. **************** denied me a refund and told me they wont charge me again. I want a full refund.

    I keep receiving emails from Thrive Market that there was a new login to my account. They suggest that I reset my password. Instead, I want to delete my account completely. There is no option on their website to delete my account. I tried their chat function, and it still will not help my delete my account. I do not want to reset my password. I want my account and personal information completely deleted.

    I had a membership with thrive market, but cancelled it in June of 2024.. today 2-26-25, I received notice that the payment information that was listed with thrive market was not deleted when I canceled my account, and it was used to complete an order out of state using my bank information. Ive tried to reach out to the company, however theyre not returning my calls or emails

    It looks like this member reached out on 5/8/2024 to cancel the account, we offered an offer to stay on board, which was accepted and the credit was used on and order made in 5/19/2024. The account was not canceled due to the acceptance of the offer. A fraud order was placed on this account on 2/26/2025, ********************** was cancelled and refunded and a new password was sent. We suggest to update the password and contact the bank. No further action is necessary.

    Received an email saying my account was accessed with my email from a new browser - I didnt recollect signing up for this and its basically a way to get me to set up an account. There is no option to remove myself from their database, only to log out. I dont want these services tied to my email and would like to be removed.

    Thrive Market looked their website several months ago. Thought their prices were too high and website, should have end of story, right! Couple of days ago noticed a pending payment to Thrive Market disputed charge. Today got email from Thrive Market thanking me for renewing my membership (that I NEVER had). I do not where they got my credit information, but I am don't think was legally. I definitely will not do business them ever now. I may have caught it in time to stop but if not, I most certainly want my money!
