    I find their products to be high quality and their customer service responsive. The few problems I had were resolved timely and to my satisfaction. They notify you of products you've purchased previously when they are on sale. That works for me!

    It is my opinion that Thrive uses a principle of "digital fine print" to lure in customers who may not be paying sufficient attention to their rather confusing website design. Initially, all I wanted was a brand of cereal that I found difficult to find locally. Thrive had a good deal on the cereal, but . . . . . not only had I signed up for a membership that I didn't really want, I had also apparently engaged a monthly auto-ship so I kept getting cereal every month. It was OK for a while, I like the cereal, but after being charged every month, I decided that the orders needed to stop and the membership needed to end. The Thrive website does NOT make this easy. You HAVE to go into a chat with a representative to SUPPOSEDLY cancel the membership. I THOUGHT I had done so several months ago, but lo and behold, I get an email today that Thrive has charged me AGAIN for the 60$ yearly membership fee. So I went back into the chat and cancelled AGAIN. Not only that but the first thing that the chat representative does is try to sell you on some %-off "deal" . . . . . . not to mention the constant spam emails. No thanks, people. Thrive may work for some individuals, but perhaps only those who have the time to spend navigating the links and reading the mess of fine print on their website. And I'd bet you they very well KNOW this. I find their business model to be predatory and extraordinarily dishonest. Caveat emptor.

    There are people out here pretending to work for this company and trying to scam people. I almost was a victim to these actions, me thinking I was hired by this company to find out the people are a scam. They will contact you using real employee's names as well, don't trust any job posting from this company unless you apply from their website.
