    I've been a member for quite sometime, but was unable to afford the membership. So today I just decided to "bite the bullet" and signed up and am in process of placing my very first order. Am really looking forward to receiving my order and finally taking advantage of all the benefits.

    I have been using Thrive for about a year and am impressed with their products, packaging and delivery thus far. Their people keep me informed on sales, new products and shipping information. I highly recommend Thrive.

    Thrive is a total scam! They promised me a free gift and free groceries if I signed up for a membership and now they are saying sorry, not going to happen. Do not support this company!

    I actually did contact your customer service department and they refused to give me the free gift because I had already made a purchase (which I thought was how you get the free gift). Shady shady marketing ploys. I will say that they refunded my membership once I had made enough noise.

    Not upfront about the services and policies . Trying to retain your business under the false promise of giving a 5.00 30 day trial into a membership and then charge the full membership to your card. When you call to ask about it they trick you into making the year commitment by crediting you 20 of the membership and then later when deliveries are late on your second order due to a supposed "weight of the order "issues and orders were cancelled by mistake and it just seems like one big hassle you cannot cancel during the 30 day trial because you took the 20 off offer when you called and your stuck - as they try to keep offering you now 30% off your next order of the Thrive brands instead of a simple refund when you are unhappy all around and want out . I do not like the policies and the customer relations of this company , it seems sneaky and not upfront in their tactics. I had to waste a lot of time dealing with customer service chats over various issues an it was a huge waste of time in my opinion. Sorry I tried this out. :(

    Horrible service! No refund for sub made in error, have to talk to employee to cancel service. 0/10, stay away! ( to say nothing of them automatically making every recent purchase a recurrent one, and you have to manually cancel that!) Stay. Away.

    Excellent service. No issue at all. I put wrong address which was fixed within few hours and Fedex delivered the shipment same day. Thank you 🙏🏽

    I have only had positive experiences. I place an order every two weeks because many of the healthy alternatives that Thrive offers are not found in my local grocery store. I love that my order is shipped to my doorstep. Sometimes, an item arrives broken, and Thrive has been quick to replace the item for free. Also, during a Minnesota snow storm, my entire order was lost so Thrive resent the whole order free of charge. I LOVE Thrive Market and will continue shopping with them every two weeks!

    I absolutely love shopping via THRIVE. They have many non gmo organic choices, the quality is excellsolution. They have almost everything I need. They package with care as to do the best to assure no damage occurs with careless carriers, but if/when it does they have a no hassle refund credit policy. You can contact them by email and the response is within 24 hours, but their virtual assistant, OLIVE can help immediately, and was one of the first to have a prompt that addressed my issue closely enough to arrive at a quick solution.
