      Im not getting my magazines. Purchased a subscription in May 2022. Recieved one copy. I'd like the company to start sending me my paid for magazines.

      I bought some shares of stocks. Never received a stock certificate. I think it was in 2016 when the first selling stock. I bought $160 worth of shares. Don't know where my money went or shares. Never received any info again except an occasional email maybe once a year than that stopped.

      I invested in Hightimes a few years ago and heard they recently sold in the last 2 years. My stock is worth $0... why? Communication is none. I think a class Action suit would be great.. I feel they mislead investors and just took my money!

      High Times Corp said if you invest now, once they go public, you would own stock. I invested $4400 for 400 shares. i have writing and called. I was told over and over they were working on getting the IPO. They recently transferred the shares to a holding company. I called them, and they said I had 100 shares, instead of 400 shares. I have emails for each time I invested over a year into this company with the promise they would be part of this company. Thought thats how stock worked. You purchase and watch your company grow. The people who bought in get rewarded for their investments. They also stated that they were worth 0 dollars. They have opened and purchased other businesses to expand there business on investors dimes. They put out how good they are doing. They should be held accountable for the people who invested in them. They took over 13 million with the stock offering. Very deceiving. They said they will look into the stock number i own, even though they say its worth 0. Can anything be done? What about the loyalty investors gave to High Times. Not Right.

      I purchased 50 shares of high times about 3 years ago and still have not received shares and do not see anything about them going public anytime soon. Please help.

      I made two investments to Hightimes Holding company. I started in 2018 There is never any news as far as making any profit. I feel as though I have been taken advantage of. Total amount is 506.00

      In April 2018, High Times put out a media blast that they were going public and sought investors in a pre-IPO opportunity. The minimum investment was 44 shares at a pre-IPO price of $11.00/US per share purchased. Through the course of the next FOUR years, High times has stalled the idea of trading on any stock market, has not replied to any communication regarding its investors and has kept all the money people had invested in their company. As of today, I have seen NO PLANS for this company to join an active stock exchange an begin open trading. An update was sent out in 2019 stating once the company opened on the market there would be an 11:1 split making each share worth $1.00 but increasing share quantity for its investors by 11 times. I have tried to contact this company several times through their investor website, but I have yet to get any response. This company has fraudulently stolen ******** of dollars from the public and I am requesting the *** launch an investigation and have my money returned.

      Same as all of the other complaints here. I bought into High Times pre IPO years ago and they still have not gone public.
