      Rip off. Thieves stole my money and sent nothing. They lied in response to my email complaints and then quit responding completely. The customer service line only has a busy signal. This is a complete scam!

      Ordered a subscription for physical copies 3 months ago and have received nothing. No emails responses. Disappointing considering this company used to be awesome, now I would leave 0 stars if I could.

      Ordered a subscription in December of 2022 and never received anything and have asked for my magazines or money back repeatedly and never get a response and have called any number that I can find and left messages and no return phone calls

      Order a subscription in Nov 2022 and never received anything. Tried calling and emailing. Finally heard back in email in April 2023 that there was a delay in subscription but still nothing. Then my credit card was charged again a few days ago for a subscription renewal. Tried calling and get a message to call a different number which then wants me to sign up for a medical device. Very fraudulent practices.

      Paid $60 for annual sub to digital archive. Never received confirmation email, login information. Repeated emails are returned undeliverable. Calls to Support go to a busy signal. Reported to paypal and hopefully will get my money back.

      I bought 500 shares of High Times Stock in 2018 And Not a F***king word from that a**** ********************* when I got ahold of him in 2020. I'm retired and need my $5500.00 NOW!!! EQ Shareholders I can't even get logged into anymore nor can I log into High Times anymore I am on the phone on hold to EQ Shareholders as I type this. These ppl need to be taking down and held accountable! Does anyone know of a class action Lawsuit with the High Times Stock? I'm so ****** at myself about this. A company in business since **** needs to be held accountable. I just found out from EQ Shareholders that HT Stock is no longer listed with them. **** over people because we all just took it in the A** NO STARS from me!

      I subscribed to their magazine 5 months ago and have not yet received an issue. Their phone number seemed to take me to a full voicemail and I have had 99% of my emails go without response (they responded to 1 email with little to know details).I actually have free access to this magazine via my local library, so I was subscribing in order to support an institution that I thought was credible and served the cannabis industry well. Unfortunately I am more than disappointed in my experience.
