I wanted to surprise my daughter flying in from ******* on the 4th of July so I ordered a bouquet and I asked for fresh peonies and white hydrangeas, her favorites and they delivered something beautiful. The flowers lasted a good week and looked lovely on the airport pickup stand she shared. My only small gripe is the delivery was about 30 minutes late, which had me a bit worried.Teleflora

My children in ******* and LA sent flowers to my wife in ****** for her birthday. The flowers were at the end of their usable life when delivered. Within 24 hours the flowers all went bad and we had to throw them away. They might think it could be difficult to say negative words to senders as it was supposed to be a joyful gift. It is a bad business practice to send such bad flowers as the sender would not know what would be delivered. It is a fraud.If my children handpicked the flowers, they would have not gotten bad flowers...... I would have given them zero star or negative stars if they were there.Stay away from this company.Teleflora

3 starsI ordered sympathy bouquet for my beloved Aunt from TELEFLORA, I have used them several times and delivery and cost seemed and ease of website seemed good. I received a thank you in a couple of days from my younger cousin who texted with a pic of bouquet, and to my surprise it wasnt what I ordered not even a little bit. I called customer service immediately and got what I considered to be something that the *** was quite used to saying, they are sorry and will refund 25% of purchase and give credit for 25% off next purchase. They charge a processing fee of $24 dollars and some change, so my refund of 25% and they still make the entire fee for giving me an inferior replacement. I definitely wont be doing business with TELEFLORA but am suspicious of their business practices. I suspect my other orders werent correct either, but I have no way of knowing for sure. Im disappointed to say the least. Substituted an ***** with a cross, should have been a different ***** not a complete leap to a Cross, and flower arrangement looked like an amateur arranged them.Review fromBrittany D

My boyfriend ordered a bouquet of purple tulips for me as a surprise, but unfortunately, the delivery experience completely ruined it. Despite providing detailed instructionsincluding my apartment number, building number, and gate codethe delivery driver ignored all of it. Instead of delivering the flowers to my door or handing them to me directly, they dropped them off with the apartment office staff without any name or recipient info.The office had no idea who the flowers were for, so I never got them. The biggest issue is that I didnt receive the flowers at all, but even more frustrating is how careless the process was. This was supposed to be a sweet, thoughtful momentcompletely wasted due to poor delivery handling.Disappointed is an understatement.Teleflora

Ad said next day delivery option, they postponed delivery extra day. Said flower availability but did not offer any suggestions just delayed order after giving me 3 sizes and said had to go to largest size for area. Really disappointed!Teleflora

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for my brother in laws funeral and they were supposed to be delivered 5/24. I got a confirmation email that they were delivered. The funeral director searched everywhere and confirmed they were not there. This company did nothing to help nor had an ounce of sympathy. Ya sure I got my money back but that is not what I wanted. They could not even call the florist to have it redelivered and would not **** me the name of the florist they used...... Very heartbroken *** disgusted with this company. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Teleflora

I ordered the Breezy Pink Bouquet to be delivered to my sister for her 75th birthday. The description was pink roses, pink carnations and green hydrangea in a frosted pink vase. She received a clear vase with daisies and a few white roses----there was not a pink flower included. To make matters even worse, they placed it out in the elements on her front steps, without her even knowing it was there! She happened to find it hours later. This is total misrepresentation of the product and terrible service. I contacted customer service twice with pictures and they finally gave me the standard 50% refund and a coupon for further service. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. I would think Teleflora would be concerned that their clients are being treated this way and the florist they use is delivering a subpar product and not even making sure the recipient receives it!Teleflora

Instead of the basket of plants I ordered for a funeral, my family received sprigs of a plant and cut flowers stuck into green florist foam. I wanted to give each of my cousins a plant to remind them of their mother, so this was not satisfactory. Initially, Teleflora offered me a 25% refund and 25% future discount. When I spoke with a supervisor, I received the full refund I wanted and an apology. They had received a complaint about the local florist previously. I am happy with the outcome, but very upset about the cheap basket and the fact that I had to go to a supervisor for resolution. Teleflora needs to make sure they are working with quality local florists.Teleflora

I placed a flower order on Friday for a Saturday delivery. This was for a funeral. On Monday, I was informed that the flowers were not delivered. The only explanation was the florist they placed the order with does not accept orders for Saturday. How can a company not know this? This is very poor service. TELEFLORA did the bare minimum of apologizing and refunding my money but nothing else. They do not care about the customer.Teleflora
