    I have tried on multiple occasions to cancel my Dr. Squatch soap subscription and as my customer interface to the site shows it appears that it has been canceled. However, I continue to be charged and sent soap that I no longer wish to receive and especially do not wish to pay for.

These are areas that we're working diligently on improving, so we thank them for their honest feedback. The customer has been provided with their desired solution of a refund, and cancelation of their subscription account.

    I believe the issue has been resolved. I was refunded my payment and told that the subscription was canceled. I also notified paypal to no longer allow the company to charge my account. They did not, however, cancel my account as I asked them to do.

    Ordered a simple order of 5bars of soap on July 23rd with 2 day express delivery.
    The package label was created. Waiting to be made available to Shipping company.
    Contacted customer service, the same person *** answered every email I sent for the next 10 days. Sent another order. Also waiting with label created at warehouse for a other shipping company. They also say package has not been released to them yet.
    This company is not shipping out product.
    It's total garbage and they should not only fulfill the order, they should refund fully and add extra money for the hassle. It's wrong continuing to do not ship product, there are hundreds of complaints listed here. This reminds me of************ all over again. Great idea but a failing company without product stringing customers along.
