    I am shocked at the ineptitude of this company and its management of my information. I have sent several emails to their customer service asking to be removed from email lists, marketing, everything. I have tried time and time again to delete my account and have received emails saying I am no longer in their marketing lists. Yet I have continued to receive emails, they refuse to delete my personal information from their servers. This seems to be borderline criminal, at the very least terrible business and ethical practice.

    The ****** ******* USED bathwater and soap made from from her USED bath water is absolutely DISGUSTING! I've lost all respect for this company, including your no-name, so-so hot, C-List spokeswoman... Products are basic, generic, over-priced, gross and tacky. You deserve better! Buyer beware!

    Experience with their Jukebox spin off company promo emails.I was interested in their parent company product and also checked their goods out. Not for me and wanted to stop their emails. Their unsubscribe actual link is shady and appears on my devices as BLACK text on a BLACK background next to the WHITE text No longer want to receive these emails? Under neath that they have their business name, copyright, and address all again in WHITE text on the same BLACK background. Because of this I will never shop them or the parent company. Shady and have a feeling this violates consumer protection laws too.

    Unknowingly charged via instagram for a subscription. They subsequently "renewed," the subscription at 1:15am in **********, with a 30-minute window to respond to cancel the order. Despite my email back at 7:00am, they billed and shipped the product.I received confirmation from their company that my subscription was canceled.However, once again, I received an email at 1:20am in ********** for the "canceled" subscription being billed and shipped again.They DO NOT accept refunds, allow cancelation of some subscriptions, or send any sort of reminder email about the upcoming order. The 1:00am California time email confirmation with a 30-minute window to respond is egregious. Totally a scam company.

    Signed up for their quarterly subscription to give their product a try. Decided their product wasnt for me so I cancelled the subscription shortly after I received my first order. They decided to renew my subscription one month after my first order was received without my knowledge or consent. Emailed support as soon as I seen they renewed my subscription and charged my credit card and informed them about the issue. They went ahead and processed and shipped the order anyway. Got ahold of the company on messenger and they basically told me there was nothing they could do about it. This company is running a scam on customers.

    I bought a deodorant on the Dr ******************** website, and a month later I get a delivery of 6 soaps and 2 deodorants that I did not order. Turns out, when I checked out they automatically set up a subscription for a load of random products without my consent. I reached out to them via email asking for a return label and they refused to accept the return.

    I hit the one-time, single purchase option when buying a Christmas gift, but here I am with an extra package of soap for $25 that I just gifted a few days ago to someone else. So, I will not be buying in the future whatsoever. I didnt need a quarterly subscription and I opted out when I bought the gift, but somewhere in the confusing site, it was added back on. You dont accept returns, so we have no more business together. Also, a reason I will warn people I know about your site setup: I had to ****** to find out how to cancel the subscription because you think manage my subscription is an acceptable code for cancel my subscription. Just another scammy subscription site.

    Dr. Squatch doesnt provide customer service. They will not take phone calls and direct you to communicate via email. However, they will not respond. I purchased a bulk order of ******. The order was never delivered and no one will address this issue.

    Signed up for the free trial and there is no way to cancel subscriptions! I have reached out via email multiple times with no one gets back to you. Do not buy from this company
