So recently I received a email from dr ********************** stating my a subscription order was about to be sent again I went to the site and cancelled it then received a email saying my order had shipped. I reached out to them and they said it it cant be returned its brand new in the package they said I didnt cancel both subscriptions mind you I have not received a package from them since December last year so when I click cancel subscription I assume it was over with their subscriptions seem very predatory if I click cancel I shouldnt have to nor do I know that after it says successfuly cancelled that I have to select each thing .I am more then willing to send them back and the whole thing just seems very manipulative from the build off their site to then denying returns .

The company had a limited soap drop. I got on the site right on time only to experience a crash. Which in itself is pretty normal. I manage to click the add to cart button and got out in a queue. Only to be kicked out after 10 minutes of waiting. I got back in and was in for over an hour and a half. The bar still saying available the entire time. It moved me to check out. All I had to do was click pay. The site kept telling me my address was invalid again and again. It crashed again on me. I got an email about the item being in my cart and I was one clicked away. I clicked into it and got to the site. Still being added to my cart which would indicate its still in stock. I clicked pay and it begin to go through. Only to give me a pop up it sold out. Hundreds of listing have already appeared online showing this drop was handled in a way that made it very easy for resellers to get the bar. I was mislead and do to their poor site missed getting the bar when I was one clicked away.

The Dr. Squatch bars of soap have a promotion going on with call of duty where if you buy a bar of soap with the Ghost operator on it you get in game content which is true however there are multiple operators so you should be able to redeem content for every operator. However I purchased 2 bars of soap with the operators ghost and soap which both have codes but when I redeemed 1 it wouldnt let me redeem the other I contacted support they stated that your only allowed 1 redemption per account and they said its stated on there website but its not stated on the physical box which has instructions on how to redeem. So its a slimy tactic advertising you get in game content so people will buy all the different operators but only able to redeem 1 operator so its a slimy fake c*** since you pay for multiple and no where on the box does it say only 1 per account so they are just using it so people buy multiple and dont get what they paid for but there sales jump up.

The website of the business is extremely deceptive. For example, once you place a subscription, it does not allow for the deletion of subscriptions, it does not allow for saving of subscription changes, it doesnt allow you to remove bar soap from subscriptions/carts when you first make a subscription, and the website doesnt allow changing of payment method, with the third party payment site used not updating payment methods or accepting deletion. In other words, they are trying to trap you into having your money consistently be paid out.

I purchased a trial essential kit from Dr. Squatch that came with a subcription for future products. After the trial kit arrived today, I observed that the fragrance is just too strong for my liking. I attempted to cancel my subscription but the website is extremely and intentionally difficult to navigate. Once I was able to find the cancel subscription option you have to proceed through 3 different pages (requesting to cancel on each subsequent page) and once you reach the third page it re-directs you to the previous page almost instananeoulsy so that you cannot click on the "cancel subscription" button. After paying this game for several minutes without ever being able to successfuly get the button pressed in time before the page re-directed, I gave up. This is shady as hell!!! There is no way it isn't intentional!!! I want to cancel my subscription and should not have to jump through hoops to do so!

I have had a subscription to their services. I have been trying to cancel the subscription. Their website does not allow you to cancel, that cancel anytime was part of me subscribing. When you click on edit subscription, nothing happens. It does not allow you to cancel. I have tried for a few weeks. The last time I tried, I was locked out of my account. There is no number listed to call. Their website does contact us info is an AI ******** something that no one contacts back.

I had money deducted from my bank account today for an order I Never placed. I purchased some soap from Dr. Squatch on a sale on the internet. It was a 1 time order, and I never signed up for a subscription to be on a repeat order. It was a 1 time purchase. Apparently Dr. Squatch has done this to multiple people and it needs to stop. I reached out to their customer service and asked them for a phone number to talk to someone about this. I talked to 3 different people via email and none of them will give me a phone number. I explained to them that I didnt want any more soap and that I never placed another order and that I do not want to be on a monthly subscription or bye month subscription. I have 0 interest in their products anymore, due to the fact that I seem to be allergic to their products.

I signed up for a promotion that advertised a soap, deodorant, and bar saver for $5. I figured Id give it a try. I received the product as expected, and everything seemed fine. Then, on February 22, I received an email stating that my "upcoming order" was about to shipeven though I had never placed another order. I clicked the "Access My Account" link in the email to check my status, but my account showed no active orders or subscriptions, so I assumed I was in the clear. However, on February 25 at 3:57 AM, I received another email confirming that my order had shipped. Sending this notification in the middle of the night appears intentional, likely to prevent customers from canceling within their extremely limited 30-minute cancellation ********* soon as I saw the email, I acted quickly:At 7:20 AM, I sent an email requesting cancellationonly to receive an automated bot *********** 9:03 AM, I sent a follow-up email, attaching a screenshot for ************ 12:06 PM, I emailed again, asking for an updatestill no *********** 4:35 PM, I discovered they had a live chat option. When I reached out, the representative ("***") offered only a 20% discount instead of a full refund and refused to cancel the order. This company is running a deceptive business model that traps customers into unwanted charges and makes cancellation intentionally difficult. Their lack of transparency, misleading account information, and unresponsive customer service are unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund and expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

I purchased a one time deal for a soap bar. I wasn't told of a subscription and when I sign in to my account on their website it does not show being on a subscription. I get an email today saying I was charged $67.83 and that a package was on its way. I didn't order a package, and I wasn't told I was on a subscription, their site didn't even show it. So I contact them and the emails are in their funny language pertaining to their soap products, very unprofessional, and said that I cannot return products.
