    I cancelled subscription a year ago. Lol A year later (today) they charged my card with out concent. *** is the matter with this company? Are they that desperate and hurting for cash that this is the gold stadard of how they conduct business? Unethical practices. Run run run. You can buy these at *******. Forget the subscription. I had to delete my ****** so this won't happen again.

    I like their product, but the packing of their deodorant is ridiculously misleading. It's at least 40% larger than the standard packaging, but contains the exact same amount of product. So, misleading AND wasteful. Not a good look.

    Automatic subscriptions that are extremely hard to cancel. Terrible customer support that offers zero options for help. ******** product at best.

    Why is there so many bad reviews? Yes, since they use natural ingredients, someone is going to experience a reaction. That is just how natural ingredients are, everyone isn't allergic to nothing. This company is amazing. The soap smells amazing. The only problem I have ever had was one of my orders was on unusal hold which was solved amazingly thanks to there customer service. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone who wants high quality and amazing smelling soaps. They also have great and fast shipping too.

    I submitted and paid for an order on 06/18/2024. I received an email by order was shipped on 06/24/2024. I then received an email by order was delivered on 06/25/2024. However, I never received my order. I then attempted to contact customer service to no avail. I waited approximately 2 weeks for a response. After no response from the Dr. Squatch customer service, I disputed the charge on my credit card. In the end, all Dr. Squatch did was send credit card company the shipping receipt. So I lost my dispute and essentially donated $48.00 to Dr. Squatch. Since then, when I log into my account it shows my order number does not exist and also no shipping information. What is interesting is it still shows my order in transit. ******** company, zero customer service. ****** should not do business with them and neither should ******. If you do order, I would suggest using ****** as they would at least have customer service and submit a refund if eligible. ********** to this company.

    This company has inadequate service and will change out products you didn't order for something else. Once you inform them of this, they will tell you too bad you are stuck with it and will not offer to correct the problem or help with any sort of return. Buyer beware as they will do a complete bait and switch on any kind of promo. Do not order from this company as they do not value customer feedback or help to resolve their own mistakes.

    I ordered one time for my son to try. They automatically put me in a subscription I didn't know about until it came out of my account. The only way to contact is through chat they wouldn't refund my money and keep the stupid order. Do not buy from this company.

    This company has showed me what the sleaziest possible business practices look like after locking me into an unauthorized subscription that charged me 66 dollars to my debit card. After attempting to contact customer service I was put through automated chat which offered no immediate solution and claims to have cancelled subscription but with no email notifying me of such. I had to demand a refund after being offered multiple frivolous offers and discounts that had nothing to do with my request for refund. Furthermore, I have never even created an account with these people, and the customer service rep insists that I had a subscription set up through a guest purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and find yourself a luxury soap with quality customer service and a trusted return policy.

    They canceled my order for me but have yet to actually refund my money. I tried calling, but the no longer have a valid phone number. All complaints are handled via email and they take hours to respond each time. This has been going on for days now.
