    Horrible customer service. Run around answers about everything. They cannot process and ship orders in a timely manner. It litterally takes them 2-3 weeks to get your stuff in a package and then another week to ship. Won't be in business long with these practices.

    I ordered the deodorant pine tar and realized after that it actually leaves terrible stains in the armpit area of my shirts. I do not recommend this product at all. All my Rhone and lululemon t shirts are ruined. I also have that satin of a couple of my dress shirts.

    Absolutely unacceptable waiting times for packages to be shipped, I've ordered from countless online companies and dr ********************** is the only one that takes literally months to get your order to you, if they do at all. They've had complaints for years now and still blame everything but their company, and have done nothing to improve the issue. People are paying extra for priority shipping and still getting the items months later, it's completely unacceptable. To top it off they will not refund your order 30min after making it, showing me that they know they aren't going to get your order out any time soon but they don't care, cause they already have your money, and they'll give you the excuse that they cannot refund after 30min because they've already sent your order info to the warehouse. Do they think we are stupid? I've never in the history of online shopping heard this excuse, if the order is already shipped yes i understand not being refundable but when the order is just sitting there and they say it can't be refunded is bologna. They also will not let you send the item back for a refund if you ever recieve it because of it being a personal hygiene product. This company doesn't care about its customers, it's been over a month since I've stupidly made an order, still haven't recieved so much as an email that it's been processed or shipped, and i can smell the lawsuits coming down the road of people that paid top dollar and never received their items, this company is a scam and i hope they go out of business so they don't s**** anybody else over like they did me.

    I'll never order from this company again... Ordered Nov 29th for Christmas and it's still being processed. This happened last year too. I've asked to cancel the order and refund my cc and they won't do it. Absolute BS.

    Placed my order Dec 4th and 2 weeks later it still hasn't shipped. They admitted they don't have the product to fill the order and don't have any idea when it will be in stock or shipped. Then they refused to issue a refund. On top of that, they are still advertising priority shipping for sales and taking orders for products they do not have. There are many in the same boat, and they are just ignoring the problem. They are leaving many families without their gifts for Christmas and they can't replace the gifts because the company refuses to issue refunds. Absolute joke of a company. Disgusting business practices.

    2 weeks and nowhere to track your order...you reach out and you get the "you'll receive an email when your order is ready" I've asked for a refund for a package never received and never heard from them. This company is complete trash and I will make sure everybody knows it every chance I get

    I placed an order Nov 19th 2022 to arrive before Christmas and before black Friday sales. I never received my 110$ order. I then am told they're sending the entire order again, at this point it's Dec ** XXXX. They have not shipped it out yet which then they blame me for not having my order in on time. I requested a full refund and they stop emailing back. They refuse to give me my money back so I can buy another present for my husband and ***** won't give me my 110$ order that was place NOVEMBER 19.
    I just want my **** money back, and to ensure ***** supports this fake business ever again.

    Terrible customer service. They will send other order as if your subscribed for it. I never did and they still shipped after being notified and told if they charged my card I would dispute. I feel like all I had was a bot on the ** email response. No phone and they say no returns. To give the product away if not happy. Still charged card.

    Absolutely worst customer service. I have never felt so ignored in my entire life.
    On a positive site - it was a great soap when they started. Is it still good now? I don`t know because they did not bother to ship my order and refused to issue a refund.
