      I purchased 5 series tickets ********************************* We could not attend the tournament, therefore I listed the tickets on the *** platform. All tickets were sold prior to the tournament for the total amount of ******* . 00 USD or 16, *********************. After several inquiries they opened a case and *** ** reimbursed ******** dollars. I have tried to submit proof of sale and all necessary documents but they have not resolved the issue. I would like to be reimbursed for tickets that have been sold on their platform in September 2022..

      AEG Presents sold tickets to a production involving ************************* at ********************* originally slated to occur on July 13, 2022. The show has been indefinitely postponed with no rescheduled date provided for more than 4 months. AEG Presents and Ticketmaster have been unresponsive to multiple complaints made about these withheld proceeds used to purchase the tickets. This show should be cancelled so that the funds are released and able to be refunded to customers.

      This event was ticketed by ********************* and Ticketmaster. We have confirmed that a refund was issued in January 2023. However, anyone wanting a refund for this event can simply log into their account and click the "Request a refund" button and one will be initiated.  We apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience.

      This company promised to give out presale codes for ********* concert tickets if we registered and paid the membership fee of $20 from the ******* company. They laid out instructions on how to register both on the ******* website and on their ***************** website. I even received confirmation that I was already registered. They said codes will be given out a few hours the day of presale. Today is September 13, 2022, the day of the presale for the tickets and no code was sent out to me. Thousands of us have the same experience and now everything is sold out and there are no tickets left. Completely locking us out from securing tickets when they asked us $20 to secure codes to ensure we had the chance to score tickets earlier. ***************** *******, AEG, ************* are all partnered in this scam.

      ************* concert ******************************* on June 7, 2022, was cancelled due to illness. On ******* and various other social media platforms, AEG has said that details for a rescheduled show would be "soon".
      It is now August 13th and no details have been released. ************ will not refund money for the concert until the show has been rescheduled. There is no excuse for this. ************* has resumed his tour, so he is capable of doing the show. Two big acts, ********************, both had postponements and were able to reschedule their shows within weeks, so it can be done.
      It has been over 2 months since the show was postponed and a month since ************* resumed touring.
