      I placed an order with Forever21 , with many items at a total of $61.62 on 7/6/22.

      They used LASERSHIP (tracking #***************) which is famous for lost and stolen packages, mainly stolen by the shipping company's delivery men itself.

      Lasership THREW my package at the lobby where it is open for anyone to steal packages, instead of delivering to my unit, . My package was missing and nowhere to be found when I hit the lobby.

      I filed a complaint and investigation was opened regarding this, and forever21 came back with the verdict mentioning that my package was indeed thrown and left at the lobby right next to the lobby entrance door, where it can be easily stolen, instead of delivering to my apartment unit stated in the address.

      This company dreadfully horrible, and so irresponsible.

      Either give me a refund or resend the package!!

      Accepted as they provided a refund.
      The point here is that the shipping company threw it in the lobby where it is open for all to see and steal.

      On 6/10/22 a purchase of three items was made on the Forever21 website (*****************). The total cost of the items were $59.80 and the order number was **********. On 6/11/22 an email was received giving the Tracking Number of ************ and the company delivering the package was named DeliverIt. The package was scheduled to arrive on 6/14/22. On 6/14/22 DeliverIt claimed to have "attempted" to the deliver the package and stated there was not a way to enter my complex showing a picture of my entrance gate to the parking lot. A call was made to Forever21's customer service department on 6/15/22 and a representative stated that Forever21 would reach out to DeliverIt to have them attempt delivery again after it was explained that no one even attempted to deliver the package initially as it stated on DeliverIt's website. On 6/27/22, after realizing the initial package still has not been received the email containing the tracking number (************) was viewed and once the tracking number was clicked on DeliverIt's website popped up and it stated the package was delivered on 6/15/22 "late". On 6/28/22 another call was made to Forever21's customer service department and the individual spoken to stated there would be an investigation opened taking 8 to 10 business days to complete and then I would be contacted. Another call was made to the customer service department on 6/11/22 and the representative stated that it was the 10th business day so by the end of the day a decision would be made so call the next day. On 6/12/22 another call was made to the customer service department and the representative stated that DeliverIt has proof of delivery so a refund will not be issued and if a refund is desired then a dispute will have to be sent to corporate and there still isn't a guarantee that a refund will be issued. That is unacceptable! After ordering over 30 days ago and still not receiving the purchased items a refund should be issued immediately!
