I am reaching out concerning my recent Order #: **********. I attempted to contact customer service but it was unavailable. I only received 3/5 of the items purchased, but was charged for all 5 items. I have not been refunded for the two missing items in my order and the order was **** as delivered. I ordered from Forever 21 on April 3 2025, totaling $18.95. It was attempted to be delivered on April 11 2025, however they incorrectly printed my shipping label and therefore it was unable to be delivered due to an "insufficient address". **** returned it to sender (Forever 21). There has been no communication on whether it has reached them or anything about getting my money back as I never received any product. Additionally, all customer support is dead (the phone number says they are closed despite it being clearly within stated posted hours, and the live chat is completely gone).Initial Complaint

I attempted to place an online order with Forever 21 using a $50 gift card. The gift card applied to my order, but when I tried to complete the remaining balance with Apple Pay, the app glitched and the payment failed. I never received an order confirmation, and the debit card charge was refunded however, my $50 gift card balance was deducted and not restored.I contacted Forever 21 customer service through their contact form and social media DMs, but have not received a response. Since stores are closing permanently on May 1st, I am requesting that Forever 21 either restore the $50 gift card balance or issue a replacement card before closing. On April 15, 2025, I attempted to use approximately $350 in Forever 21 gift cards to make an online purchase. I was fully aware ahead of time that April 15 was the last day to use gift cards, including that day, and I intentionally began my checkout process well in advanceat 11:00 PM Pacific Time.I had over 15 gift cards with varying balances, and entering them took time. While I was still within the valid window, the website repeatedly froze and failed to process the payment. Each time I entered card info, the site would spin endlessly without completing checkout. I tried multiple times, waited several minutes between each attempt, and finally took screenshots showing the issue at 11:51 PM. Shortly after, the site displayed an error message telling me to contact customer service. At that point, all of my gift card balances had been reduced to $0, and no order had been placed or confirmed.I contacted customer service twice by phone, but no one was able to help me. I also attempted to email Forever 21, but the email account was inactive and bounced back with an auto-reply stating they do not accept incoming messages.This was not a case of lateness or misunderstandingthe issue was caused entirely by a system failure on Forever 21s side. I used the cards on time, followed the instructions, and did everything correctly. I am respectfully requesting that my gift card balances be restored or that I receive equivalent store credit for the full amount.Initial Complaint

added shopping item to the cart with over $115. added the promo code. the code was accepted but next to it say "not applied". Contact the online website chat, the person have me screen shot to show him the items, prices and the promo code etc...I got the promo code from my email that I receive today and i even took a screen shot as well. According to the website chat person, he was not able to help me since promo code didn't apply to discount items. I explain to him everyone on the Forever21 website is on discount. There nothing that is not discounted at this moment as everything is final sales. But I got the promo code today and it didn't mention anything about not able to apply to discount items and everything on the site is discounted. I received an email on March 31, 2025, stating that my package had been shipped with an expected delivery date of April 4, 2025.What the Nature of the Dispute Is:?I have not received my package despite multiple updates and assurances from Forever 21s customer service. The tracking information only shows that a shipping label was created, with no further progress. On April 4, 2025, when the package didnt arrive, I contacted customer service and was told the carrier hadnt scanned it and to wait. The tracking then updated to an expected delivery of April 7, 2025, but nothing arrived. I contacted them again, and they told me to wait until April 9, 2025. On April 9, still nothing arrived, and on my third contact, I was told to wait until April 14, 2025. Additionally, Forever 21s announcement states that gift cards will no longer be usable after April 15, 2025, so if I dont receive my order, Im concerned about what they will refund me with since my payment was made via gift card.Whether or Not the Business Has Tried to Resolve the Problem:?The business has not effectively resolved the problem. I contacted customer service three times, and each time, they gave me the same response: they insisted the shipment couldnt be canceled, told me to track the package with *** myself, and kept pushing back the delivery date (from April 4 to April 7, then April 9, and now April 14). This feels like phantom shipping, and their responses seem like a stalling tactic.I relied on Forever 21s official website announcement about the gift card expiration (stating gift cards cannot be used after April 15, 2025), which is a significant concern for my refund in cash or some other payment way.
