      Was approved for their credit card in February 2020 and never received my card till 2 years later. Got charged with countless late fees because I also didnt receive statements. I tried fighting the late fees and got $15 reversed, when they charge me $30 for late fee. When i finally received my card and statements, the card didnt work. I stopped receiving statements because I got paperless but would pay online and the online wouldnt recognize the account number or my social. I ended up just making payments in store. Well now that theyre going bankrupt they dont receive in store payments. I answered their call today 5/28/25 and said they couldnt reverse my late fee because they did a year ago. I complained that I dont know how to pay and that Im getting a hold of BBB and then they said they could reverse $15, which now my account balance has doubled. $15 does nothing to it. With all the interest and late fee charges its not worth it to me to pay that account anymore. I want my account closed and be done with them charge free.

      I ordered a jacket 12/21/24 to a store location. Never received a pick up email but it said it would be there by 12/29/24. **** to location several times and it never arrived. 1/8/25 I requested a refund. Contacted them several times because I never received a refund email. 1/10/25 I was advised my refund would process by *** and 3 to 5 business to receive refund. 1/18/25 I called and they said they have to send an escalation because it still hasnt been processed. This is not how you conduct business! I have to wait for them to process my refund, then after that wait another 3 to 5 business days for the refund to post.

      I've been trying to return "final sale" items that arrived damaged. **************** is zero help, they just keep repeating the same message until they just disappear. Pretty sure customer service is now just AI bots pretending to be people because this is absolutely crazy. Not sure how any of this is legal. I would be reporting the charge with my credit card had I not used a gift card.

      Zero stars advertising on website to get orders before Christmas. Shipping paid and orders will be received after Christmas. That's false advertisement. They wouldn't give me a refund or any sort of tracking information besides telling me that I wouldn't get any sort of update until after 12/26. My order was supposed to be delivered to store in order to get before Christmas. While I was chatting with an agent named ******* she ended the chat while I was trying to get my situation resolved.

      (********************************************************) Weird Forever 21,location to visit I dont shop here, but i come to do returns sometimes. Never have any problems with my returns, neither do i present any problems/negativity as a customer. ********/college age employees who help me though tend to generally behave like catty teens in my experience. What they say/the way they speak to me or how they stare at/act towards me creates this very childish and uncomfortable space each time. The store itself is very clean/organized, and adult employees are good to work with. I hope their soon-to-be-adult employees mature out of their juvenile competitive demeanor and develop their customer service skills and professionalism

      Forever 21 had an online sale of an additional 50% off sale items if you used the code Extra50. Not all items qualified , but, those that did posted the price in red with the code. You were prompted to enter the code at checkout. After spending 2 plus hours and adding over 34 items to my cart, I put in my code only to find that the discount didn't come off my items!. So, I went on the chat where I was told to place my order anyway and then contact them and they'll put in a price adjustment! I',m sorry, that's not how I do business! If you're advertising a sale with a code, then the code should work, I'm not placing an order and then hope I'd get my money back. What kind of customer service is that. So, they gave me the main number to call.This *** tells me that if the stuff is on sale then it doesn't qualify for 50% off bc it's already on sale! But I explain that the website is stating that there's an additional 50% off and it's showing it in a new price next to the item, prompting you to enter the code at checkout. He tells me that it must be wrong! Really, well how is it that the whole sale section is stating that it's got an online special of an additional 50% all sale items? He tells me it can't be, even though I'm looking at it! So I ask to speak to a manager, who never get on the phone. After half hour, he gets back on and says they'll call me back. Guess what, they never did! So Im assuming Forever 21 is into scamming their customers now? I plan to call their corporate office in the morning and give them an ear full . So unacceptable.
