      I returned a pair of shoes via ups on 7/19. I have not received a refund as of 8/18. I sent an email and no one has responded. I was on hold for 20 minutes the other day and had to go to work. How can I get my refund?

      I made an order last 07/22/2022,
      Order # XXXXXXXX
      I ordered 5 shoes for us family for our upcoming outing, I was expecting the shoes to come this weekend, I was waiting, and when checked the status of my order it said, it was shipped and delivered at my front door via FedEx at 1:06pm. We are at home, no body knock at our door. No one. I called Skechers customer service, very rude customer support, and she said just wait within 72 hours, how can I wait when it is said it is delivered already? I called FedEx and the said they will investigate... where is my order? so I will just accept that it is missing and just wait and wait like what the customer service said!? I hope you can fix this!

      Placed an order on Sketchers.com. Prior to check out, it told me I could sign up for "Sketchers Plus" to get free shipping. I signed up, and at the checkout it was showing free shipping. I chose to pay with Paypal, and as soon as I authorized PayPal payment, the order went through with no option to review the order prior to shipping. I then noticed that he had suddenly removed the free shipping and charged me 8.99. I submitted an inquiry on their website explaining the problem, and asking for them to either refund the shipping charge or cancel my order. They did not respond. I reached out to their chat line, where a very rude representative told me that they can't cancel an order, and they can't refund the shipping until the order has actually shipped. Then I asked if they can put that request in to refund when it shipped. I asked if I had to contact them again when it shipped, and she then said she didn't actually know if they could refund shipping. When I told them this was bad customer service, and a bait and switch, she told me I didn't sign in to Sketchers Plus. That is absolutely false, as I signed up for Sketchers Plus at the beginning of the check out process, and prior to paying with PayPal, it was showing free shipping. They obviously have an issue with their system, hopefully they are not doing this maliciously, but they won't give their customers the time of day to figure out what the issue is. I can't imagine how many people they ripped up that didn't realize they charged shipping again after they paid for their order. Be very careful if you ever order from this website.
