      Bought a pair of shoes and leggings from Skechers ***** online and only received the shoes. I have sent emails and tried calling only to wait on hold for over $20 minutes and no response. I will never buy from this company and will warn all others to stay away as well. Its just not worth this kind of frustration. Skechers *** has become a horribly mismanaged company with atrocious customer service! I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing!

      I had bought three pairs of sketchers online in the last month and 1/2. The third pair that I received UNO 2 in pink and orange, arrived, looking like they had been worn and also a round discoloration on the suede part of the tip of the right toe. **************** or should I say lack of, its probably one of the worst Ive encountered in any business. The last person I spoke with via chat, her name was *****, was absolutely one of the rudest people Ive ever spoken to in my life. My issue is that I was sent a pair of worn defective sneakers that I paid for, and a replacement pair should have been sent out immediately. I even sent them a copy of the *** return label. On one email, ****** stated she would get the return sneakers sent immediately. Then, for some reason a few other people that work for Skechers commented that a replacement pair will not be sent until the worn used sneakers they sent me had been received by their company.I have worn SKECHERS for many years. Its obvious that loyal customers dont matter to this company when they employ people like *****. Unfortunately, she was not the exception. From emails to chat extremely unhelpful and confrontational from the supposed customer reps.I think you need to retrain customer service representatives. They acted like I was asking for something free, but all I wanted was the sneakers that I paid for! And not a pair that had obviously been worn previously.

      Before you purchase The Skechers Slip-ins: GO GOLF Elite 5 - Slip 'In with Twist Fit closure BEWARE. The ratchet k*** that one twists to form a proper fit comes loose and thereby easily lost. Solving this could be easy and very inexpensive by being able to order this ****.However this is not the process acceptable by Skecher. Great expense and time will be required by you the customer and Im not confident Ill get my problem resolved. One would think, for the cost of these shoes, this problem would not exist.

      I am really appalled at what is going on with Sketchers that has a national name. I contacted them about sneakers I purchased. They sent me their standard line-Wear and tear. However if you look at the soles they have hardly been worn. They offer me the standard 35 percent off but it does not work on the only pair of shoes that I want to get on the site because its on sale! That is truly terrible customer service. Minimally send me a code for free shipping and one I can use on sale items. This company does not care about their customers. I am extremely upset and in all my years as a consumer I have never witnessed such terrible customer service. They are trained to just give standard lines hoping you will go away. I need the BBB to intervene!

      We do apologize for the inconvenience with your Skechers shoes. The style returned has unfortunately been discontinued for some time now and is out of our warranty period. At this time, we do not offer replacements for that line of shoes. We have offered a discount code for Skechers.com to try one of our newer styles and hope this is a satisfactory resolution. A customer care agent will follow up with you via email as well to see if there is anything else we can assist with.

      Thanks for your response but I am still unhappy. I purchased the shoes at a high end store and they fell apart after a couple of times.

      The discount code you provided me was not helpful as the 2 or 3 pairs of shoes I wanted to try are on sale and the code wont work on sale items. I am still willing to patronize your company. All I want is to be able to get the discount code on the shoes I actually like. The fact that I bought defective shoes is an issue but not honoring my request is really showing a lock of professional courtesy.

      I am an international customer who traveled on vacation to ******** last November. I purchased a pair of shoes at ************************** A few days after ending my vacation and arriving at home, the sole of the shoes started to show foam. I emailed Skechers my shoes were eroding. ******* emailed me that I had to send them in and asked if I could possibly send photos. I sent the photos as requested, but as I was an international customer with no ********************** location in my home country, I could not bring the shoes into a store. Via email, they told me that the shoes were falling apart due to manufacturing issues and offered me a 35% off code. They also told me that the shoe Style number ***************************************************** was discontinued.

      As a longtime customer, I explained that this wasn't satisfactory. A 35% off code would not cover my total cost, and paying to have a new pair of shoes shipped to me would leave me out of the cost of the original purchase and would cause me to incur additional fees and shipping (due to being overseas). From the date of my last email to now I have not received any further communication from Skechers, even despite emailing again.

      I am now in ****** hoping to get the issue resolved. I called the Skechers customer service number and spoke with ******** who was incredibly dismissive of the issue. She again offered me a 35% off coupon and I explained why this would not be feasible. She mentioned that I could return the shoes to the store they were originally purchased at, but because no one had continued communication in that initial email, I was not aware this could be an option several months later. I asked for the issue to be escalated to a Supervisor and ******* repeatedly told me I could expect an email within 24 hours. 24 hours later, I had still not received an email from a supervisor.

      I have been ignored twice by the company that has held onto my money and not offered a satisfactory solution.

      purchased shoes X-XX-XX emailed them X-XX-XX that my soles were falling off... X-XX-XX emailed me that I had to send them in asked if I could possibly send photos heard back 10-4-22... sent them in XX-XX-XX over 1/4 of sole was off by now.. they told me they were falling apart due to being old.. from date of purchase to first email it was 1 month... Hard to believe they think shoes should only last 1 month... so end of day they won't cover them and I'm out $75 they offered me a 35% off code... emailed that I wanted to speak to manager with my phone number still haven't heard anything that was XX-XX-XX terrible customer service

      February 2022, I purchased a new pair of men's Skechers shoes from Super Shoes in ************. The shoes have been comfortable, and so far have held up well. The insoles failed badly within 5 months of purchase, with large chunks falling out in the areas of wear. However my biggest concern is the lack of customer support. I reached out to the company three times with absolutely no response aside from the automated email response. (9/5/22, 9/19/22 & 10/12/22). This lack of response and apparent lack of concern will cause me to avoid purchasing or recommending the Skechers brand.

      I purchased a pair of shoes that the soles pealed off after one month. I contacted customer care, they sent an email asking for all the info with pictures to get a replacement. I sent it off and heard nothing. I've since sent 3 follow up emails, but still no response and it's been a month. I would be wary of buying Skecher footwear. They do not stand by the quality of their products.

      I received your response and replied reluctantly accepting your recommended solution. And here we are weeks later and again I receive no response back with what you recommended.

      The status of my experience has not changed. I bought a pair of Skecher shoes that the soles came unglued after only 3 weeks. And customer support has done nothing to help. A truly bad experience on all side of the product experience.

      Hello, April 7, 2022, I purchased a pair of shoes at an Amazon shoe store. At about the three month ***** my left shoe started tearing on the inside when my heel/ankle sit and on outside where my foot folds. I contacted the seller and they said they only offer a 30 day return policy and to contact Skechers, so I did. I got a response back and was told by Skechers to contact the seller. I started a return/warranty claim on Skechers website around July 25th or so. I was given an option to forward pictures of my shoes, proof of purchase as well my shipping address. A few emails back and forth led to Skechers telling me to send my shoes with a tracking number to their ************* location in **********. I sent my shoes September 2, XXXXX with tracking and my shoes were received September 6th at 1:08pm. Since then, the contact has been almost non-existent from Skechers, I did receive one asking to provide my tracking number and it has been silent from Skechers ever since. I again sent a reminder e-mail September 27 and again on October 3rd with no response from Skechers. I now have no shoes and out $91.00. Very upset with this company and poor communication.

      This business did not allow me to use the coupon code that was mailed to me. I tried to use it while purchasing on the Skechers direct website that was advertised on the coupon flier. But regardless there being enough money for my debit transaction, their application did not inform of what was the dilemma of accepting my debit card or their offered coupon.
