    This is just crazy. I Received a new double header electric trimmer as a gift and doesn't work. I've emailed customer support and attempted to chat multiple times and even attempted to contact via ******** and haven't received a response. I would like to receive a replacement under the warranty. It seems like DSC has went downhill. I remember days where you could get to them within minutes and get a response. As they've grown their customer service has surely suffered. I shouldn't have to wait days to hear back about a product defect.

    On 11/21/22, I ordered three items from Dollar Shave Club: prep scrub, shave lotion, and moisturizer. The cost was $21.18. It shipped on 11/23/22. It is 12/6/22 and I have not received my product. I have tried to use the chat function on the DSC website (which says it's open from Mon-Sat 8 AM-6 PM, PST) but I received an automated message after just a couple minutes saying nobody was available and it created a ticket on my behalf. I have also tried to message DSC on ******** as that's listed as one of their contact methods and I haven't received a reply. Others are complaining of the same problems (product not arriving and no way to communicate with DSC) on ********.

    I would like a refund on the items I have not received.

    I am trying to log in to my account to cancel my membership but it takes so long and it won't let me cancel it. I do not wish to continue the subscription any longer. Please help!

    I spent $22.66 and never received my package. It was delivered to **** and I live in ******** which is what the billing and shipping address reflected. I have gotten no response from Dollar Shave Club. The I only way to contact them is through a fake chat bot on their website or ******** messenger. I have tried both with no response. I don't know how you can run a business legally with no way for customers to contact you and resolve issues or concerns. They are scamming people out of their money, especially looking at the other BBB complaints that have been filed with basically the same issue as I'm filing! Tracking number for the missing package that was delivered to the wrong place and state is **************************. I have since cancelled my account with them and don't have an active account number.

    This business shipped my subscription box to the wrong address and is now ignoring me on all platforms of communication that they provided to the public. They have also been deleting inquiries from their ******** page instead of addressing the many people that are having the same issue as I am. Delivery date 11/18. I am canceling my subscription and I'd like a refund of $21.85 provided to my card they have on file.

    We've been charged twice for blades that never made it to us. There's no way of getting a hold of anyone. They do not respond to emails and the phone number never gets you to a live person. They owe us for two shipments and we can't resolve this because we cannot get a hold of anyone.

    I haven't received a razor for almost a year now. I noticed that we were having to fight with my kids for razor. So we increased our membership to some more handles and razors. Well all good until they moved out and stared to notice that the amount of razors decreased more and more. I had to start buying razors and the pay *** for their undelivered, stilled billed razors, So I reached out to ** and I get an email response of.....we are sorry for your wait and you deserve better care. We will get with you ASAP. We'll emailed again and the same response. So I canceled.

    I haven't received a razor for almost a year. *** owes me money and I have all the withdrawals form my bank.

    I made an order online, 6 days later the order still wasn't shipped or even the order processed. This was to be a birthday gift, I in turn had to order something else from a different company to ensure proper arrival for the birthday. I attempted to go onto the website to cancel my order and all you can do is "chat" with a bot that is absolutely no help. States will transfer you to a person, but one is never available! I tried this over two days! I also sent messages through Facebook messenger, and of course no response. I don't want the product and I don't want my card charged for the product!!

    I ordered a ** set and I got free shipping through a ******* rewards thing and I received my order from Dollar Shave Club but I got charged again in the amount of ***** and haven't received anything or gotten a refund. I have tried going through the message thing on the website and on ****************** but no body has responded. I would just like the money or the product please.

    I ordered 2 products from Dollar Shave Club, 1 of which totaled $37.99 which did not ship. I have reached out to their email and have not been able to get any response, there is no customer service number to call, I would appreciate some response from someone to correct the situation.
